MVW Owner Ray McAvay and his wife Stacee Perry-McAvay come out to the stage.

Ray McAvay: First off… ladies, congratulations on a great match.

The crowd applauds.

Ray McAvay: I’ve come out to make an announcement.  I’m saddened that one of the best ever Women’s Tag Teams… The Missouri Valley Fight Club… have not only decided to split up… but they are also leaving Missouri Valley Wrestling.

AWWWWWWWWWWWW!

Ray McAvay: I know.  However, with people leaving… it means there’s opportunity.  This happened on Friday night…

HEARTLAND REPORT with KELLIE BURKOWSKI
Kellie updates the Heartland Divisions.  Madison Carter emerged as the #2 ranked contender in the Women’s Heartland Division after her win over Debbie the Destroyer- the second win she’s had over Debbie in two weeks.   This Saturday, Carter will again take on Victoria McGill in a #1 contender’s match with the winner meeting Women’s Heartland Champion ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin next week.

In the Men’s Heartland Division, Ken Kardoucheian moved all the way up to #2 from #5 with wins over J.J. Bittinger, ‘Rock Star’ Robbie Marrs, and Luke Woods.  His run came to an end Sunday when #1 contender Buckshot Henderson defeated Kardoucheian to set up another rematch with Men’s Heartland Champion Scott Stevens next week.

**************************

Back from break… Thunderbolt sends it right to Kellie Burkowski backstage who’s got a – still fuming – Cary Stevens with her.  Why is Cary fuming?

(LAST WEEK-Men’s Tag Team Title: The Alabama Gang (R.G. Jenkins and Mark Hendry) © vs. The Stevens Dynasty (Bo and George Stevens)
R.G. Jenkins gets vertical suplexed out of the ring by George Stevens.
-Referee Ron Martin starts a 10 count just as George body slams Mark Hendry out of the ring.
-Bo Stevens climbs out and starts brawling with Jenkins on the floor.  Hendry gets involved but then realizes a 10 count was under way and rolls back into ring.
-Martin counts out Jenkins as he was the legal man in the match and counts out The Alabama Gang.  The Stevens Dynasty win the match but due to the count out they do NOT win the title.
-Post match fracas breaks out.  Scott Stevens gets involved.  ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson runs down.  Cary Stevens has to be restrained from going after the referee.

CARY STEVENS (STEVENS DYNASTY) INTERVIEW:
-Cary accuses The Alabama Gang of slipping a brown envelope of money to referee Ron Martin to make sure they didn’t lose the title. He demands to know why MVW Owner Ray McAvay hasn’t investigated this.
-When Kellie challenges him on his allegation, Cary goes ballistic.  He calls the count out finish bullshit and accuses Jenkins of half-assing it to get back into the ring.
-He says his boys aren’t taking this sitting down.  The Alabama Gang may have put one over on them this time.  The next time, he will make sure the ‘right’ result comes from the match.

And with that Cary skulks away, still swearing up a storm as Kellie sends it back to Thunderbolt.

Back to the ring for our second match.

MATCH #2 WINNER-#4 WOMEN’S DIVISION: #4 Lisa Barbosa-Stevens vs. #1 Victoria McGill

“Twisted Ambition” by Samantha Fish comes on and Victoria McGill slowly walks out on the stage.

Heather Cooper does the introduction.

Victoria McGill

ALIGN: Face / STYLE: Power / FIN: Gutwrench Facebuster

Tori poses for a second and then makes her way down the ramp towards ringside.

Heather Cooper: And her opponent…

“What Have You Done Now?” by Within Temptation comes on next and that brings out Lisa Barbosa-Stevens.  She walks out on stage as Heather introduces her.

Lisa Barbosa-Stevens
Lisa Barbosa-Stevens
AGE: 34 / HT 6’0″ WT: 130 / HOME: Houston, TX
ALIGN: Tweener / STYLE: All Around / FIN: Toxic Sting

Lisa poses on stage and then she walks down to the ring.

HALL’S MATCH PREVIEW
-This is a battle between two women with BIG issues with Jill Berg Enterprises.  Barbosa-Stevens was fired from JBE to make way for Daryn Thompson.  Victoria McGill quit JBE after Jill Berg tried to make her the ‘Face of JBE’.
-JBE attacked McGill last week during her match with Women’s Heartland Champion Tessa Martin of JBE.  Tori won the match but not the title.
-McGill is in the Heartland Division because of her Japan excursion that saw her fall from #2 in the Women’s Division to the #1 contender in the Women’s Heartland Division.
-Big match for Lisa too. She tries to turn things around and start the slow fall down the rankings.

Referee Corrina Romanov will be in charge of this one.  She calls for the bell and the match is underway.

Thunderbolt Smith: Both women down after McGill- WAIT A MINUTE!

Sheline CarriganPrisoner #034291Tessa Martin‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan, Prisoner #034291, ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin

Carrigan, Prisoner #034291, and Martin have hit the ring and jumped Barbosa-Stevens.

Thunderbolt Smith: They’re attacking Lisa Barbosa-Stevens!

Corrina Romanov immediately calls for the bell.

*DING-DING-DING*

Thunderbolt Smith: The match has been thrown out?

Romanov meets ring announcer Heather Cooper and explains what her ruling is.

Heather Cooper: Referee Corrina Romanov has disqualified Victoria McGill at five minutes and forty seconds… YOUR WINNER IS LISA BARBOSA-STEVENS!

Thunderbolt Smith: Barbosa-Stevens won?

Rick Hall: Thunderbolt, because Jill Berg Enterprises attacked her and not Tori McGill, that’s the reason why Tori’s been disqualified.

Tori gets chucked out of the ring by Sheline Carrigan and then the JBE three turn their sights on Barbosa-Stevens.

RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Thunderbolt Smith: HOLD ON!

Ray McAvay: ALL RIGHT LADIES.  THAT’S ENOUGH!

MVW Owner Ray McAvay stands on the stage while a stream of MVW Security run down the ringside.

Ray McAvay and Stacee Perry

Thunderbolt Smith: We’ll find out what Ray McAvay has to say when we return from these commercial messages.

Back from break… Ray McAvay speaks from the stage.

McAVAY’S COMMENTS:
-He’s had it with the Jill Berg Enterprises interfering in matches.  He let it go at first but because they keep happening, he’s going to put a stop to it right now.
-Jill Berg Enterprises is BANNED from being at ringside next week when Daryn Thompson defends the Women’s title against Jennifer Colton.
-Jill Berg Enterprises is BANNED from next week’s MVW Women’s title match between Women’s Heartland Champion Tessa Martin defends against Victoria McGill.
-If he sees one person try to sneak out, the match ends and either Thompson or Martin will lose their title.

HALL’S COMMENTS:
-Hall says he knew this was coming.  JBE attacked Jennifer Colton and Tori McGill to keep them from winning the Women’s Heartland title.
-Both Thompson and Tessa have tough title defenses coming up and they’ll have no back up at ringside in the event things go south for JBE.

Thunderbolt sends it backstage to Kellie Burkowski.

JENNIFER COLTON INTERVIEW
Kellie brings in the #1 contender in the Women’s Division for her take on what just happened.

Jennifer Colton
Jennifer Colton

COLTON’S COMMENTS:
-She says it’s about time someone stood up to Jill Berg Enterprises.  JBE cost her and Tori McGill the Women’s Heartland Title and believes the best way to get back at them is for her to take the title from Daryn Thompson and McGill to win the Women’s Heartland title next week.
-Jennifer thanks Victoria McGill for coming to her aid and wishes her luck against Tessa Martin next week.

Back to the ring for our next match.

MATCH #3  #2 vs. #3 MEN’S DIVISION: #2 John O’Reilly vs #3 Ricky Stevens

“STEVENS DYNASTY” appears next on the video screen with a Texas flag waving in the background and “Ghost Riders in the Sky” by The Outlaws playing on the public address system.

HALL’S MATCH PREVIEW
-Ricky Stevens fell back in the rankings after he fell in a title match to Men’s Champion ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson.  Now, he’s back up to three and looking to move up even more.
-John O’Reilly has also found himself slipping in the rankings.  He needs a win tonight to take a step forward towards a title shot.

Referee Ron Martin will be in charge of this match.  He calls for the bell and we are underway.

Both men come out to the center of the ring.

Thunderbolt Smith: RICKY STEVENS JUST GETS THE SHOULDER UP!

Rick Hall: Thunderbolt, it’s been all John O’Reilly so far.   O’Reilly has been all over Ricky Stevens so far.

Thunderbolt Smith: We have to take a commercial break.  We will be back with the rest of this match after these messages.

Thunderbolt Smith: DEAD AND BURIED!

ONE…

TWO…

THREE!

*DING-DING-DING*

Thunderbolt Smith: Ricky Stevens wins!

Heather Cooper: YOUR WINNER AT ELEVEN MINUTES AND FOUR SECONDS… RICKY STEVENS!

Rick Hall: Thunderbolt, that came out of nowhere.  O’Reilly wrestled a great match there.  He dominated early.  Stevens rallied late but then he catches O’Reilly with the Dead and Buried out of the blue and that does it.

Stevens and Dru Danes celebrate at ringside.

Thunderbolt Smith: Stevens moves up to two and he will face Bracken Krueger next week in a #1 contender’s match.

JILL BERG ENTERPRISES PROMO
Speaking from the Jill Berg Enterprises dressing room- CEO Jill Berg.  Behind her are: Sheline Carrigan, Prisoner #034291, Women’s Heartland Champion ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin, and Women’s Champion Daryn Thompson.

BERG’S COMMENTS:
-Berg says Ray McAvay’s edict to keep JBE from being at ringside during two important title matches is patently unfair.  She’s called him for an emergency meeting to demand he overturns his decision.
-She claims Jill Berg Enterprises is as strong as ever- witness the way Sheline Carrigan and Prisoner #034291 demolished the poor Rose Warriors last week.  She says The Hanson Sisters are next to fall and all the gold will once again be with Jill Berg Enterprises.
-Jill Berg Enterprises means business.

HALL’S COMMENTS:
-Frankly, I’m surprised McAvay didn’t drop the hammer on them sooner.
-Carrigan and Prisoner #034291 did manage to do what many MVW teams haven’t been able to do- completely dominate The Rose Warriors.  The Hanson Sister best be mindful of that next week.

Thunderbolt sends it to the ring where the Men’s Tag Team Champions The Alabama Gang are wrestling Kenny Cannon and Ross McClure in a non-title match.

MAIN EVENT-NON TITLE: Men’s Tag Team Champions The Alabama Gang (R.G. Jenkins and Mark Hendry) vs. Kenny Cannon and Ross McClure
(joined in progress)
…Jenkins powers McClure to a corner.  CHOP… CHOP… CHOP… McClure crumples up in the corner.  Jenkins brings McClure back out and tags Hendry back in.  Hendry scoops up McClure and SLAMS him!  The fans fire up.  McClure writhes on the deck but then somehow manages to tag out to Kenny Cannon. Cannon races forward – Hendry ducks and lifts Cannon up and over his head… BOOM!  ALABAMA SLAM!

Rick Hall: Oh my God… they just killed Kenny.

COVER!  1… 2… THREE!

WINNER: The Alabama Gang @ 2:22

Referee Ron Martin raises up Jenkins and Hendry’s arms in victory.

HALL’S COMMENTS:
-Easy win tonight for the Men’s Tag Team Champions.
The Alabama Gang has a date coming up against Dan Ryan and Jatt Starr from HOW for the HOTv Tag Team titles on March 26th.

Jenkins- flanked by Mark Hendry (Sunny O’Callahan is in Manchester, England for HOW’s March to Glory PPV) – are joined by Kellie Burkowski in the ring.

R.G. JenkinsMark Hendry
R.G. Jenkins and Mark Hendry

ALABAMA GANG INTERVIEW
-Jenkins tells Kellie that first off, the Alabama Gang will fight the Stevens Dynasty… anytime, anywhere.  The count-out loss last week is a black mark that he and Hendry intend to make up for when they meet again.
-After Kellie talks about their upcoming HOTv Tag Team title match against Dan Ryan and Jatt Star.- Jenkins assures her he’s been around long enough to know who both men are.
-Ryan and Starr want our belts? Well they’re going to have to come to our house to try and take them from us.
-We still ain’t got anything to lose here.  We’re playin’ with house money right now and no one expects us to beat Dan Ryan and Jatt Starr.  We’ll see what happens when we get into the ring with them.

Kellie sends it back to Thunderbolt who does a quick run-down on next week’s matches:

#1 CONTENDER’S MATCH- MEN’S TAG TEAM DIVISION
#1 The Stevens Dynasty (Bo and George Stevens) vs. #2 Surf Express Bro (Bowie Abrams and Bradlee Nelson)

WOMEN’S TAG TEAM TITLE:
The Hanson Sisters (Andrea and Melissa Hanson) © vs. Jill Berg Enterprises (‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan and Prisoner #034291

WOMEN’S TITLE:

Thunderbolt quickly wraps up the show and we will be back next Tuesday night with another edition of Wrestling Night in the Heartland… LIVE from Chicago, Illinois
