OPENING
Thunderbolt welcomes everyone to Wrestling Night in the Heartland.  Tonight, the show comes to you from the Banterra Center in Carbondale, Illinois.

But before he can start to talk about tonight’s show…

(LAST WEEK-MVW’s Lock and Loaded: Men’s Tag Team #1 Contender’s Match between The Stevens Dynasty and Surf Express Bro)
Two weeks ago, Surf Express Bro defeated The Kardoucheian Empire In a #2 vs. #3 match to set up a #1 contender’s match against The Stevens Dynasty.
-As Surf Express Bro pose on stage, The Kardoucheian Empire attack and lay them out.
-MVW Owner Ray McAvay came out and without any reservation had the Kardoucheians ejected from the building for the rest of the night.
-Cary Stevens gets in McAvay’s face and demands to know if this means the Stevens Dynasty will stay at #1 in the contender’s rankings.  McAvay says ‘No!’ and rebooks the match for the Banterra Center in Carbondale, Illinois.  He also announces that the Kardoucheians will be barred from the building that night.

This means tonight’s main event is the #1 contender’s match for the Men’s Tag Team Division between The Stevens Dynasty and Surf Express Bro.

Also tonight, Yosemite Samantha takes on Jennifer Colton in a #2 vs. #3 Women’s Division showdown and Ricky Stevens will face the #1 Men’s Heartland Division contender Buckshot Henderson for Stevens #4 contender’s ranking in the Men’s Division.

‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall has more on tonight’s matches.

WINNER-#4 MEN’S DIVISION: #4 Ricky Stevens vs. #1 Buckshot Henderson

HALL’S PREVIEW
-Ricky Stevens lost to Bracken Krueger and dropped to #4 in the Men’s Division contender’s ranking.  He must face the #1 contender in the Men’s Heartland Division in a promotion/relegation match.
-Stevens looks to forget about the loss to Krueger and maintain his spot in the Men’s Division.
-Henderson also looks to bounce back from a tough loss to Men’s Heartland Champion Scott Stevens last week and move up into the Men’s Division for the first time in his career.
-Youth versus experience.

#2 vs. #3 WOMEN’S DIVISION: #2 Yosemite Samantha vs. #3 Jennifer Colton

HALL’S PREVIEW
-Winner gets a #1 contender’s match next week against ‘The Shadow Warrior’ Shizuko Yamazaki.
-Yosemite Samantha defeated Barbosa-Stevens last week to maintain her #2 ranking.  She will now get a new challenge in newcomer Jennifer Colton who’s rocketed up the rankings.
-The winner of last year’s Belmont Classic, Colton was promoted up from the Women’s Heartland Division when Tori McGIll was relegated down and defeated four-time Women’s Champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens on Friday night to set up this match.
-Colton defeated Women’s Heartland Champion Tessa Martin last week via DQ when Jill Berg Enterprises interfered in the match. Colton then so angry that she returned home and apparently caused damage to the gym she works out in.
-This could be quite an entertaining match.

#1 CONTENDER’S MATCH-MEN’S TAG TEAM: #1 The Stevens Dynasty vs. #2 Surf Express Bro

HALL’S PREVIEW
-Match rebooked from last week when the Kardoucheian Empire attacked Surf Express Bro and referee Ron Martin threw the match out.
-The Stevens Dynasty want to get their hands on the Alabama Gang… and the MVW Men’s Tag Team title after losing the belts to them earlier this month.
-Surf Express Bro hope to capitalize on their win over the Kardoucheians two weeks ago and parlay that into a Men’s Tag Team title opportunity.

Thunderbolt comes back on.  It’s time for our first commercial break and then our first match.

ALABAMA GANG AT HOW SUNDAY NIGHT
Back to the broadcast desk where Thunderbolt reports on some fireworks that took plac last night at the HOW’s Chaos 24 show involving Men’s Champion ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson and Men’s Tag Team Champions R.G. Jenkins and Mark Hendry along with Men’s Heartland Champion Scott Stevens.

(SUNDAY NIGHT: HOW’S CHAOS 24)
R.G. Jenkins, Mark Hendry, and ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson were on hand last night with Sunny O’Callahan sitting in Section 214.
-Cary Stevens and the Stevens Dynasty come along and says they’re in their seats. O’Callahan gets in Cary’s face and says they’ve got tickets.
-Scott Stevens comes along. Dickinson shows him the ticket Joe Bergman gave them and Stevens sucker punches him.  The Alabama Gang and Stevens Dynasty brawl until HOW’s EPU unit comes to restore order.

Thunderbolt notes the Alabama Gang would get their revenge later on when Sunny tasered Scott Stevens after Stevens and Bergman defeated Dan Ryan and Jatt Starr in a tag match.  Ryan and Starr then attacked Bergman and Jenkins and Hendry ran down to make the save. After a brief fracas in the ring, R.G. Jenkins spoke.

(SUNDAY NIGHT: HOW’S CHAOS 24)
Jenkins accepts Dan Ryan and Jatt Starr’s challenge for their HOTv Tag Team title.
-The match WILL take place in Chicago… but not at the Best Arena.  The match will be at MVW’s Chicago house show at the Joseph Gentile Center.

HALL’S COMMENTS:
-MVW Owner Ray McAvay confirmed today that Dan Ryan and Jatt Starr will come to MVW’s Chicago house to challenge the Alabama Gang for the HOTv Tag Team title.
-The show, originally scheduled for March 21st, will be moved to Sunday March 19th

Thunderbolt sends it backstage to Kellie Burkowski.

JENNIFER COLTON INTERVIEW
Burkowski is backstage with Jennifer Colton.  Colton is not in a happy mood.

Why?

(LAST WEEK: Terre Haute, IN- Women’s Heartland Title Match Tessa Martin © vs. Jennifer Colton)
Colton had the Women’s Heartland Champion Tessa Martin all but beaten.
-Martin’s Jill Berg Enterprises colleagues Sheline Carrigan and Prisoner #034291 hit the ring and attacked Colton.
-The referee disqualified Martin but she retained the Heartland title.

COLTON’S COMMENTS:
-Kellie asks about and Jennifer addresses what happened last week.  She admits she was so angry afterwards that she took it out on the gym she works out in.  Her Dad and her brothers had to fix it back up.
-Colton tells Kellie the only way to deal with groups like Jill Berg Enterprises is to cut the head off the snake.  In this case- JBE’s Daryn Thompson… The Women’s Champion.
-Colton turns to the camera and serves notice to Thompson but first, she has business to take care of tonight with Yosemite Samantha.

JILL BERG ENTERPRISES SEGMENT
Inside Jill Berg Enterprises’s dressing room, an inquiry is underway concerning the loss of the Women’s Tag Team Title last week to the Hanson Sisters.

Jill BergPrisoner #034291Tessa MartinSheline Carrigan
Jill Berg, Prisoner #034291, Tessa Martin, Sheline Carrigan

CEO Jill Berg demands to know why Prisoner #034291 or ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin did NOT make the save and stop the Hansons from pinning Sheline Carrigan- especially since the pinfall took place in the JBE corner.

Jill Berg: “We were able to make sure Tessa Martin didn’t lose her title belt earlier in the show but no one could get back into the ring and stop the Hansons from winning?”

Tessa wants to know why Berg was crouched down at ringside and didn’t intervene either.

Berg snaps back at Tessa and tells her she’s at ringside during the match to make sure what happened last week doesn’t happen.

Berg is furious over losing the Women’s Tag belts and she wants them back. No more excuses. She tells Carrigan and Prisoner #034291 to dispose of what competition there is and take out the Hansons.

MATCH #2 #2 vs. #3 WOMEN’S DIVISION: #2 Yosemite Samantha vs. #3 Jennifer Colton

“Heartache Tonight” by The Eagles comes on.

Jennifer Colton walks out wearing a purple top and thigh-length trunks with a white stripe down the side; purple knee and elbow pads; white boots with purple trim.

Colton poses on stage.

Then she walks down the ramp slapping people’s hands on the way to the ring.

Then…

“Moth to a Flame” by Metallica roars over the public address system.

The stage turns red and the video screen shows a few tumbleweeds blowing by.

Yosemite Samantha bounds out from the back.

Sporting a big ten-gallon cowboy hat and a holster complete with gun, Yosemite Samantha gives the audience the ol’ stinkeye as she marches down the ramp towards ringside.

The referee will be Bailey Jenkins.

Thunderbolt says we’ll have the match right after these commercial messages.

HEARTLAND REPORT with KELLIE BURKOWSKI
Kellie reports updates the Women’s Heartland Division first.  Madison Carter made her move this past weekend moving three places up into the #2 contender’s spot.  Carter defeated Lani Harlot, Eva Perrin, and Debbie the Destroyer.  She will face the #1 contender Victoria McGill this Saturday on MVW’s Six-O-Five show for a chance at the title.

In the Men’s Heartland Division, it was Luke Woods who made the big jump up from #5 to #2 with wins over Ken Kardoucheian, J.J. Bittinger, and ‘Rock Star’ Robbie Marrs before falling to Buckshot Henderson in a #1 contender’s match on Sunday.  Henderson will face Men’s Heartland Champion Scott Stevens next Tuesday for the title..

**************************

Back from break, it’s right to the match.

Thunderbolt Smith: Winner gets the #2 ranking in the Women’s Division… the loser #3.

Thunderbolt Smith: Colton is down after that spinning heel kick, two foot kick from Yosemite Samantha.

Rick Hall: Thunderbolt, yeah, Colton’s in the middle of a battle here with someone who will not give up and keep on coming forward at you.  That spinning kick caught Colton on the button and the follow-up two foot kick nearly sent her out of the ring.

Thunderbolt Smith: We’re going to see how well Colton handles adversity.

Rick Hall: Jennifer Colton defeated Paxton Ray last year.  Ray is an absolute beast.  I think she’ll do just fine.

Thunderbolt Smith: The Colton Clutch Number Two will do it for Yosemite Samantha as Bailey Jenkins calls for the bell.

Heather Cooper: YOUR WINNER AT NINE MINUTES AND FORTY-SEVEN SECONDS… JENNIFER… COLLLLLLL-TONNNNNN

Thunderbolt Smith: Jennifer Colton is now the number two ranked contender in the Women’s Division.

Rick Hall: Yeah, Yosemite Samantha fought like hell every step of the way but Colton’s quality wins out here tonight.

Thunderbolt Smith: All right.  We’ve got more action coming up right after these commercial messages.

-She’s pleased that the Hansons are now three-time tag champions and hopes it brings more attention to how good her girls are.

KENTUCKY REDNECK MAFIA SEGMENT

Enos asks him if they can get Dawn to come back.  Cletus says he called her but Dawn didn’t answer and didn’t respond to his voicemail.

Both brothers throw names back and forth but can’t come to an agreement… that is… until the last name is thrown out to them- their cousin Ginny Van Lear.

Cletus T. Johnson: Do y’all thank she’d do it now that she’s hitch’d an lives in Texas?
