OPENING
Thunderbolt welcomes everyone to Wrestling Night in the Heartland. MVW is live tonight from the Hulman Center in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Three matches tonight. Two of them are title matches. ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall previews them all.
MEN’S DIVISION #1 CONTENDER’S MATCH: #1 Captain Jack vs. #2 Bracken Krueger
RICK HALL’S PREVIEW:
-Captain Jack and John O’Reilly have fought for and traded off the #1 contender’s spot in the Men’s Division for several weeks now. Tonight, a new name barges in and he has an eye on the big prize- The Men’s Title- Bracken Krueger.
-Krueger rolled through the Men’s Heartland Division, won the title, demanded a promotion/relegation match into the Men’s Division, won the match, and then took care of O’Reilly and Ricky Stevens. Tonight, he tries to take the next step against Captain Jack. A win tonight gets him a title shot against ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson in two weeks.
-Don’t count Captain Jack out. He’s wily and crafty and he’ll do everything in his power to slow Krueger down.
WOMEN’S TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Jill Berg Enterprises (‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan and Prisoner #034291) © vs. The Hanson Sisters (Andrea and Melissa Hanson)
HALL’S PREVIEW:
-Two months ago at the Carmondy Cup finals, JBE and the Hansons brought the house down with a great match in the finals. Last month at the St. Louis Supershow, the two teams battled in an epic forty-one minute match that saw the Women’s Tag champs barely survive.
-Tonight, they do it again. The Hansons are coming on strong. After the Carmondy Cup, they defeated Bethany Stewart and Shelley Briscoe, The Working Girls, The Missouri Valley Fight Club, and The Rose Warriors to set up the match tonight against Jill Berg Enterprises.
-Jill Berg Enterprises are riding high at the moment. Carrigan and Prisoner #034291 have held the title since August and they fought off the Hansons at the St. Louis Supershow. Now, they must do it again tonight.
WOMEN’S TITLE MATCH: Daryn Thompson © vs. ‘The Shadow Warrior’ Shizuko Yamazaki
HALL’S PREVIEW:
-‘The Shadow Warrior’ completed her rise back up the Women’s Division contender’s ranking with wins over Lisa Barbosa-Stevens, Yosemite Samantha, and Victoria McGill. She goes for her second Women’s title tonight.
-This is Daryn’s first Women’s Title defense. Like her friend Bracken Krueger, Daryn Thompson quickly made her presence known in MVW and she won the Women’s title from Victoria McGill at the St. Louis Supershow after finishing runner-up to McGill in the Carmondy Cup back in December.
We cut backstage.
NO QUARTER
Bracken Krueger warms up backstage for his match.
He’s joined by Women’s Champion Daryn Thompson (Bracken’s tag team partner in ‘No Quarter’) who walks over to him. Krueger asks her how she’s doing with Jill Berg Enterprises.
Thompson says it’s okay. Jill Berg does all the talking and all she has to focus on is destroying people in the ring. She then wishes Krueger good luck in his match.
Krueger thanks her and promises to give Captain Jack ‘no quarter’ tonight.
Thompson then exits and Krueger hops up and down to get loose.
CAPTAIN JACK INTERVIEW
Kellie Burkowski is also backstage. She brings in Captain Jack.
CAPTAIN JACK’S COMMENTS:
-He says can beat Krueger and then asks if that’s madness or brilliance. It’s remarkable how those traits coincide.
-No quarter? He asks (much to Kellie’s bewilderment) where the stories come from then.
-Jack finishes with this: “Bracken Krueger. This is the day you will always remember as the day you almost defeated Captain Jack.”
Cut back to the broadcast desk. Thunderbolt announces it’s time for our first commercial break.

Then…
The opening organ introduction to the Billy Joel classic ‘Captain Jack’ plays…
Swaggering onto the stage hand in hand with Elizabeth Swayne, both Captain Jack and Elizabeth are dressed in pirate motif from head to toe.

Captain Jack nods to the fans and walks towards the ring with Swayne following behind him.
Ron Martin will be the referee.
Ron Martin
Martin checks with the timekeeper’s table and this match is about to get under way.
Krueger rolls back and forth.
Rick Hall: Thunderbolt, Captain Jack is pulling out all the stops.
Thunderbolt Smith: Which is no surprise.
Krueger is back up. He and Captain Jack eye each other up in the center of the ring.
Rick Hall: Not at all. Jack’s had the better of the action against Krueger so far. That is a surprise.
Thunderbolt Smith: Women’s Daryn Thompson in the ring helping out Bracken Krueger and Captain Jack is down.
Captain Jack struggles to get back to his feet. Thompson grabs him by the hair and pulls him up.
Rick Hall: Thunderbolt, Thompson ran down when Krueger needed a spark. My question is… why hasn’t Elizabeth Swayne tried to help Captain Jack?
Thunderbolt Smith: Because Daryn Thompson would destroy her.
Thunderbolt Smith: That’s it! Bracken Krueger is your new number-one contender!
Heather Cooper: YOUR WINNER AT EIGHT MINUTES AND TWENTY-TWO SECONDS… AND THE NEW MEN’S DIVISION NUMBER ONE CONTENDER… BRACK-KEN… KRUUUUUUUUE-GER!
Martin raises Krueger’s arm in victory.
Rick Hall: This was not Bracken Krueger’s best performance. But Daryn Thompson’s timely intervention turned this match in his favor and he will be facing ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson in Wichita, Kansas two weeks from tonight for the MVW Men’s Title.
Thunderbolt Smith: All right, we’ve got more action for you right after these messages.

KARDOUCHEIAN EMPIRE IN-RING
Kris, Koley, Kourtney, and Ken Kardoucheian stand in the ring.
Kris, Ken, Koley, and Kourtney Kardoucheian
They are disgruntled after last week…
(LAST WEEK: The Kardoucheian Empire vs. Surf Express Bro)
–Bradlee Nelson connects with a backheel kick on Kourtney. Kourtney rakes the eyes and tags out to Koley Kardoucheian. Koley is greeted by a leg drop to the BACK OF THE HEAD! Nelson moves in for the kill. He goes top rope and it’s time to… FIRE IT UP! 1….2…3, it’s finished.
KRIS KARDOUCHEIAN’S COMMENTS:
-He did not hear back from MVW Owner Ray McAvay. Surf Express Bro were scheduled to wrestle the Stevens Dynasty in their match. Kris demands to know what the hell is going on here.
-Kris calls MVW’s treatment of his world-famous reality show sons unconscionable. Surf Express Bro didn’t deserve to be in that match- his sons did.
-Kris gives McAvay one last chance to ‘put this right.’ The Kardoucheian Empire are entitled to their title match against the so-called new champions and McAvay needs to make this happen. He’s waiting.
Back to the broadcast desk.
Thunderbolt reviews Jill Berg Enterprises’ comments on last week’s show…
(LAST WEEK: Jill Berg Enterprises Segment)
Jill Berg Enterprises gather inside the ring. CEO Jill Berg is in front with her longtime trusty assistant Jerry. New Women’s Champion Daryn Thompson is there. So are the Women’s Tag Team Champions Sheline Carrigan and Prisoner #034291 and Women’s Heartland Champion ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin.
Jill Berg: Behold… the best of the best!
BERG’S COMMENTS:
-JBE aggressively sought the acquisition of Daryn Thompson’s services and they won. Now, they are undisputedly the best group of wrestlers in MVW.
-The Hanson Sisters have no chance to beat Carrigan and Prisoner #034291. None. They won’t need 40 minutes to win this time.
-Jill Berg Enterprises… means business.
…and then The Hanson Sisters.
(LAST WEEK: The Hanson Sisters Interview)
Kellie has Coach Reg and the Hanson Sisters: Andrea, Melissa, and Charissa with her.
COACH REG COMMENTS:
-Andrea and Melissa can’t wait to get back in the ring with Jill Berg Enterprises.
-What’s been driving them the past couple of weeks? The chance at regaining the belts.
-It took over 40 minutes for JBE to beat us at the St. Louis Supershow. If it takes 50 minutes… 60 minutes… no matter how long it takes, the Hansons will find a way to beat Jill Berg Enterprises.
Thunderbolt sends it to the ring and Heather Cooper.

HEARTLAND REPORT with KELLIE BURKOWSKI
Kellie reports on the two Heartland (house show) title matches that took place earlier in the show:
-Jennifer Colton had the Women’s Heartland Champion Tessa Martin all but beaten until her Jill Berg Enterprise colleagues Sheline Carrigan and Prisoner #034291 hit the ring and attacked Colton. The referee disqualified Martin but she retained the Heartland title.
-‘The Demi-God of HOW’ Scott Stevens had a less eventful title defense. He defeated challenger Buckshot Henderson to retain the Men’s Heartland Title.
**************************
Back from break, the match has already started…
Thunderbolt Smith: Double teamwork by JBE on Melissa Hanson.
Rick Hall: We’ve already had a chair thrown in the ring. Both teams are double-teaming the other when they get a chance. It’s been the chaos that the Hansons thrive on.
Thunderbolt Smith: This is shaping up just like the last match at the St. Louis Supershow.
Carrigan is back in the JBE corner but now Prisoner #034291 is being double-teamed by the Hansons in their corner.
Rick Hall: Yeah it is.
Thunderbolt Smith: We’ve got to cut away for a commercial break. After these messages, we will be right back with the rest of this match.

Thunderbolt Smith: CARRIGAN COVERS!
Thunderbolt Smith: NEW CHAMPIONS!
RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Prisoner #034291 can’t get there in time as Corrina Romanov calls for the bell.

Heather Cooper: YOUR WINNERS AT TWENTY-FOUR MINUTES AND FIFTY-SEVEN SECONDS… AND*NEW* MISSOURI VALLEY WRESTLING WOMEN’S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! THE HANSON SISTERS!
RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Thunderbolt Smith: After what Carrigan and Prisoner #034291 did earlier in the night to Jennifer Colton, there was some karmatic justice here in Jill Berg Enterprises losing the titles to the Hansons.
Rick Hall: Completely agree but Thunderbolt, this match was chaos and was right in The Hanson’s wheelhouse. It’s ironic that the pinfall took place in Jill Berg Enterprises’ corner.
Thunderbolt Smith: Prisoner #034291 was late to make the save.
Rick Hall: Very late to make the save.
RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
MVW Owner Ray McAvay and his wife Stacee Perry-McAvay come to the ring.

Thunderbolt Smith: The Hanson Sisters are now the Women’s Tag Team Champions for the THIRD time!
The sisters hold up the title belts. JBE make a quick exit up the ramp.
NO QUARTER- PART TWO
Daryn Thompson warms up backstage when Bracken Krueger comes up to her.
Krueger turns the tables on their earlier conversation and wishes Thompson good luck in her match tonight. Thompson nods in return.
Krueger then tells her to give Shizuko Yamazaki ‘no quarter’ tonight.
Daryn Thompson: Don’t worry. I will.
Krueger exits and Thompson heads back to the Jill Berg Enterprises dressing room.
YAMAZAKI PREPARES
Shizuko Yamazaki is in her dressing room with lights dimmed down. Yamazaki looks up at the camera and says her father… an older gentleman steps into the shot- gave her the wisdom and courage she needs to defeat Daryn Thompson tonight.
Her father- a former wrestler of himself and leader of the Takeshi Samurais back in the day- bows his head.
Again invoking the spirit of the Takeshi Samurais, Yamazaki declares it is her destiny to win the Women’s title and her destiny to rule the Women’s Division.
THE KARDOUCHEIANS WAIT… AND WAIT
Kris Kardoucheian and his sons impatiently wait inside in their uber-expensive, Hollywood-style dressing trailer located outside the arena from everyone else for Ray McAvay to respond to his earlier remarks.
…
…
They are still waiting.
Back to the broadcast table. It’s time for our final commercial break. The Women’s Title match is coming up right after these messages.

Kris Kardoucheian: Fine. If that’s the way you want it, Ray…
He motions to his sons.
Kris Kardoucheian: …let’s go boys.
Fade to black.
