Friday November 8th, 2019

The weekend of MVW action kicked off in the Heartland of America- Topeka, Kansas last night with a twelve match show.

Manager of new Women’s Champion Sheline Carrigan, E.J. Flack, and MVW’s Chief Business Officer Laura Bergman just made it to the show on time having flown in from San Francisco. Flack had been working with Bergman’s husband and current High Octane Wrestling World Champion Halitosis in the run up to tonight’s Rumble at the Rock 9.

More fireworks exploded tonight between the Southern Boys and the Kings of Old School, the road to Evening of Champions in three weeks began in earnest.

Missouri Valley Wrestling Topeka, KS Results:
MATCH #1-‘By the Book’ Tiana Walker defeated Natasha Littell with the Evenflow DDT @ 11:12
Littell nearly had Walker several times early in the match. But the woman who always plays things by the book somehow stayed in the match and rallied late to hit her Evenflow DDT to pull out the win.

MATCH #2-The Kardoucheian Empire: Khourtney and Koley Kardoucheian defeat The Kings of Old School: Bobby Ricky Michaels and Marty Gibson-Lane-Khourtney pinned Michaels after he was knocked out by ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson @ 7:09
The ongoing war between the Kings of Old School and the Southern Boys reared its ugly head during this match. ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson somehow managed to sneak down to the ring and bust a beer bottle over Bobby Ricky Michaels’s head to give the Kardoucheians the win. With the victory, the Kardoucheians break back into the top five tag teams in MVW.

Post-match, the Kings of Old School and Southern Boys have yet another pier six brawl that takes a few minutes to separate the two teams.

MATCH #3-Bullethead defeated Denver McMasters with the Bullet Bomb @ 8:40
Bullethead gets back to winning and holds his #5 spot in the Heartland Title rankings.

MATCH #4-Victoria McGill defeated Delaney Foster with the McGill Bomb @ 10:43
Not sure if Tori had some extra motivation due to all the stuff going on with her mother Dawn McGill being kidnapped by Ultratron-5.1 or what, but finally puts together a complete match and moves her up to #3 in the rankings- closer to a possible match with Poison Penny- the woman responsible for knocking Dawn out last week.

MATCH #5-‘The Sunshine God’ Rah defeated ‘The Most Uninteresting Man in the World’ Tom Smith via DQ @ 12:17
This was a close match with both men acquitting themselves well. Then Heartland Champion Ultratron-5.1 showed up with Dawn McGill chained to a truck dolly. Then the Dark Overlords of Wrestling attacked Rah and laid him out in the ring resulting in the DQ win. Smith became upset when the D.O.W. cost him the match to they laid him out in the ring too.

Post-match, Ultratron-5.1 reiterated to Rah that he would continue to hold McGill hostage until after he wins their match at Evening of Champions on December 1st.

MATCH #6-‘Texas Cowgirl’ Haley Dallas defeated ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin with the Texas Lariat @ 16:25
Match of the night up to this point. Tess came out determined to get back on the winning track and all was well until Dallas began to come on. Tess made a big mistake on a high risk aerial maneuver and the Texas Cowgirl made her pay dearly.

MATCH #7-‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson defeated Bobby Starr with the Southern Fried Powerbomb @ 3:39
Not much to discuss. Dickinson controlled the entire match.

Post-match: Dickinson gets attacked by the Kings of Old School – the Southern Boys race to the ring and it all kicks off again. This time, MVW Security come down and sort it out quickly.

Then MVW CEO Ray McAvay walks out and tells both teams that they are done for the night (with the exception of ‘Cowboy’ Dan Butler who’d wrestle a little later. MVW Security escorts both teams to the back.

MATCH #8- Lani Harlot defeated ‘Queen Cool’ Leah Iris with the White Trash Compactor @ 6:41
Harlot worked off a whole lot of frustration in this match with the Queen of the Trailer Park’ Eva Perrin and her husband Colonel John Perrin at ringside watching. Lani holds on to the #4 spot in the women’s rankings with the win.

MATCH #9-‘No Frills’ Chris Escondido (Kings of Old School) defeated Average Joe (Truckin’ Average Company) with the Brainbuster @ 11:51
Escondido turned back the hands of time and put forth his best in-ring performance in…years- as in several years. Average Joe falls out of the top 5 with the loss.

MATCH #10-Men’s Heartland Title Match: ‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ Ultratron-5.1 © defeated ‘Cowboy’ Dan Butler with the Disintegrator @ 8:37
No McGill at ringside. No Southern Boys either. Not Butler’s best night with all the destraction going on. Ultratron-5.1’s path to Evening of Champions is secure.

MATCH #11/NON-TITLE-Corporate World Inc.: Kirk Walstreit and P.M.C. Banks defeated Bob Zardoz and Millennial Mark (w/Snowflake Suzie)- Walstreit pinned Millennial Mark after hitting the Stock Market Plunge @ 4:46
Easy win for the tag team champions.

Post-match: ‘The King of Greed’ Gordon Guyko speaks. He chides the Southern Boys for continually getting mired in a pointless war with an aging tag team who’s seen their best days (The Kings of Old School) and for their complete lack of self-discipline (Dickinson attacking MVW CEO Ray McAvay last Saturday night). Guyko says he welcomes the opportunity to teach them another lesson about what a professional wrestling tag team looks like at Evening of Champions on December 1st.

After that, Coach E.J. Flack comes out with the new MVW Women’s Champion Sheline Carrigan. Carrigan thanks the fans for sticking with her and then thanks Flack for helping her get back on track. Flack then talks about ‘the way’ Carrigan won the belt and admits it’s not how Sheline wanted to win it. So in that vein, Sheline is welcoming the match at Evening of Champions against former champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens because the Canadian Cyborg wants a clean win over her.

MAIN EVENT/NON-TITLE: Women’s Champion Sheline Carrigan defeated Kirsten Canfield with the Canadian Destroyer @ 8:08
Canfield battled hard but the Canadian Cyborg was just too much for her.
