HOTv_logo-1

Thunderbolt Smith (narration): A few weeks back, ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson nearly blew his title opportunity against MVW Men’s Champion Charlie Blackwell when he powerbombed referee Davey Keels after Keels disqualified the Southern Boys in a tag team title match. Last week on MVW’s Wrestling Night in the Heartland on HOTv, Dickinson was right there on the edge once again with Keels in a key moment in a match.

(REPLAY-LAST WEEK: Last week-‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson vs. J.J. Bittinger- Men’s Title #1 Contender’s Match)

15th MINUTE
…Dickinson spears Bittinger to the mat. Hook the legs…one…two…NO! Bittinger kicks out and Dickinson is incensed. He takes a step towards Davey Keels…

Thunderbolt Smith: Oh oh.

Rick Hall: He’s not that stupid to attack Keels again, is he?

16th MINUTE
No he’s not. He pulls away from Keels and drags Bittinger up.

Thunderbolt Smith (narration): Not coincidentally, Dickinson would put an end to J.J. Bittinger right after that to set up a rematch with Blackwell next week.

16th MINUTE
…Dickinson sets – he takes two running steps forward and puts his full weight into a powerbomb that sends Bittinger to the mat with extreme force.

Thunderbolt Smith: SOUTHERN FRIED POWERBOMB!

Rick Hall: Wow. I felt that one too.

Dickinson covers…

One…

Two…

THREE…Keels calls for the bell.

*DING-DING-DING*

Thunderbolt Smith (narration): Also last week, MVW CEO Ray McAvay made it clear he was not happy with what ‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ Ultratron-5.1 did when he prevented a new episode of Wrestling Night in the Heartland to air.

(REPLAY-LAST WEEK: MVW CEO McAvay Talks to Blaire Moise)

Blaire and McAvay together.

Blaire Moise: Ray, you took firm and decisive action against ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson when he powerbombed referee Davey Keels. What action do you plan on taking against Ultratron-5.1 after what he did last week?

Ray McAvay: Blaire, I know where you want to go. I know you have to ask the question. I’m not going to discuss it. Why? Because I’m not going to give the person in question what he wants- attention.

Blaire Moise: But-

Ray McAvay: Blaire, I’m not going to play his game. Therefore, he can kiss any more television air time goodbye. If he wants to pull this stuff, he’s not going to get rewarded for pulling said stuff on television.

Thunderbolt Smith (narration): But Ultratron-5.1 wouldn’t go away quietly…

(REPLAY-LAST WEEK: Ultratron-5.1)

…MVW security holds back ‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ from getting at MVW CEO Ray McAvay and push Ultratron-5.1 towards an exit door.

Blaire Moise: Ultratron-5.1 tried to sneak in and try to get to the ring. McAvay saw him. Alerted security. And they came and stopped him. I can say that Ultratron-5.1 promised to return next week and bring with him – and I quote – the most foul, cruel, and bad-tempered wrestler with a vicious streak a mile wide, the harbinger of doom, the destroyer of Missouri Valley Wrestling.

Security finally pushes Ultratron-5.1 out the door.

Thunderbolt Smith (narration): And McAvay announced the first Missouri Valley Wrestling Hall of Fame Class

(REPLAY-LAST WEEK: Hall of Fame Inductees)

CEO McAvay introduces a video montage honoring the seven inaugural members of the Missouri Valley Wrestling Hall of Fame:

MVW’s Wrestling Night in the Heartland on HOTv
Monday September 23rd, 2019
Taped Saturday September 21st
Show Me Center
Cape Girardeau, MO

Announcers: Thunderbolt Smith and ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall
Backstage Interviewer: Blaire Moise

===============================

Thunderbolt Smith and Rick Hall start the show from the middle of the ring.

Thunderbolt Smith: Good evening everyone! Hello and welcome to tonight’s ninety-minute edition of MVW’s Wrestling Night in the Heartland on HOTv. I am Thunderbolt Smith.

Thunderbolt points to himself.

Thunderbolt Smith: He is ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall.

Thunderbolt points to Hall next to him.

Rick Hall: Hey.

Thunderbolt Smith: We are at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri along the mighty Mississippi River tonight for a night of great wrestling action. We have two big matches on the docket for tonight. Rick.

Rick Hall: Two title matches, Thunderbolt. First, Corporate World, Inc. – P.M.C. Banks and Kirk Walstreit put their MVW Tag Team title on the line tonight against the Southern Boys – ‘Dastardly’ Dave Miller and ‘Dangerous’ Dan Williams. Then in our main event, it will be MVW Women’s Champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens facing ‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan in a rematch of their August twenty-fourth match in Edwardsville, Illinois where Carrigan came very close to ending her title reign.

Thunderbolt Smith: Then we have a non-title match in the middle between the MVW Women’s Tag Team Champions The Missouri Valley Fight Club and The McGill Family.

Rick Hall: Tori McGill has hit a bit of a wall in her development in the ring. Hopefully tonight – paired with her aunt Regina – she can get back on track. But. That’s a big ask when you’re going up against the Tag Team Champions.

Thunderbolt Smith: Thanks Rick. Lisa Barbosa-Stevens briefly discussed the match with Sheline Carrigan last week on Wrestling Night in the Heartland.

(REPLAY-LAST WEEK: Lisa Barbosa-Stevens’ interview)

Blaire has Barbosa-Stevens with her. Barbosa-Stevens has the Women’s belt slung over her shoulder. She is accompanied by Defiance Wrestling Tag Team Champions The Stevens Dynasty: Bo and George Stevens and her manager Ted Tebow- Tim Tebow’s long lost black sheep brother no one ever knew he had – who stand behind the Women’s champion.

Lisa Barbosa-Stevens: Look, one- I had a bit of an off night. Two- Sheline Carrigan is a really good wrestler. She’s a former champion. She’s a formidable opponent. But, it’s going to hap-

Ted Tebow steps forward.

Ted Tebow: Excuse me Lisa. Blaire, she had an off-night. Lisa isn’t a machine. The only thing we have to do with Lisa is to set an objective in front of her and tell her to go get it. When your objective is to retain the Missouri Valley Wrestling Women’s title, that’s really good motivation for someone who’s as driven and dedicated to her craft as Lisa Barbosa-Stevens is.

Bo Stevens: She’s got BO-lief.

Ted Tebow drops to one knee and bows his head while placing his balled left fist against his forehead (aka…‘Tebows’) when Bo says BO-lief.

Thunderbolt Smith: Well tonight, we’ll find out if Lisa learned a few things from her match with Carrigan in Edwardsville. And we’ll find out if Carrigan learned enough to finish the job and win the title. Our intrepid backstage interviewer Blaire Moise has the challenger tonight with her backstage. Blaire.

Blair Moise

Blaire Moise

Cut to Blaire backstage:

SHELINE CARRIGAN/E.J. FLACK INTERVIEW
Blaire is with Carrigan and her manager E.J. Flack.

Blaire Moise: E.J., your wrestler came very close to winning the MVW Women’s title the last time these two women met in the ring. What does she have to do to get over the final hurdle?

E.J. Flack: She doesn’t need BO-lief (somewhere, Ted Tebow- Tim Tebow’s long lost black sheep brother no one ever knew he had, is dropping to one knee and bowing his head while placing his balled left fist against his forehead (aka…‘Tebows’).

Blaire Moise: Oh?

E.J. Flack: No. She just needs to follow the game plan, focus on what she needs to do, and NARFLE THE GARTHOK!

Blaire Moise: Somehow, I knew that would be one of the choices.

E.J. Flack: Blaire, Sheline was this close to winning.

Flack holds two fingers close together.

E.J. Flack: THIS close. This week, she’s redoubled her efforts. She’s eating this challenge for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She’s taking on the big monster thingy with everything she’s got. Sheline Carrigan is going to hit that ring tonight and out-care, out-give, out-how, and out-work Lisa Barbosa-Stevens to become your new Missouri Valley Wrestling Women’s Champion.

There’s an awkward pause.

Blaire Moise (unsure): And Narfle the Garthok?

E.J. Flack: YES!

Flack goes to high-five Blaire but she stiffs him on the attempt.

E.J. Flack: OF COURSE! NARFLE THE GARTHOK!

Sheline Carrigan: Lisa Barbosa-Stevens. I don’t say much. I prefer to do my talking in the ring. But let me say this. Tonight, I am going to do everything in my power to make sure I leave that ring after our match as the new Women’s Champion.

Carrigan nods and heads off camera. Flack follows her.

Blaire Moise: Sheline Carrigan looks primed and ready to go, Thunderbolt. Back to you.

Cut back to the broadcast desk:

Thunderbolt Smith: Thank you Blaire. As you folks at home can see, we are blessed with another week of having Blaire Moise with us.

Rick Hall: A-men to that.

Thunderbolt Smith: We will be back with our first match of the night right after these messages.

CORPORATE WORLD INTERVIEW
Blaire Moise has Gordon Guyko, Melissa, P.M.C. Banks, and Kirk Walstreit with her backstage before the tag team title match. Guyko is wearing an impeccably nice, slick looking business suit. Melissa- an equally nice business suit.

Blaire Moise: I’m with Corporate World, Incorporated here and the King of Greed Gordon Guyko. Gordon. Tonight your team faces the Southern Boys again. Your thoughts.

Gordon Guyko: Blaire, first off welcome back. Second. We’re not taking any chances because we know that the Southern Boys are a legitimate threat to our title reign. We have an action plan for tonight’s match. P.M.C. Banks and Kirk Walstreit are working in synergy together like a well-oiled machine. The Southern Boys are going to throw everything but the kitchen sink at them but Banks and Walstreit will be ready to execute the plan and go for the win.

Blaire Moise: Why have Banks and Walstreit done so well under your tutelage?

Gordon Guyko: Why? WHY?

Guyko almost seems insulted by the question.

Gordon Guyko: Because. I’m that good. I am the King of Greed. I am a top class manager. P.M.C. Banks is a top class athlete. Kirk Walstreit is a top class athlete. All they needed was someone who would nurture them and build them up into the dominant tag team they’ve become. Corporate World, Incorporated defeated the Southern Boys before. Corporate World, Incorporated is going to defeat the Southern Boys again.

Blaire Moise: Thank you Gordon.

Guyko, Melissa, Banks, and Walstreit exit. Blaire faces the camera.

Blaire Moise: Okay. Now, we tried to interview the challengers- the Southern Boys but once again, they refused. That’s all from backstage. Back to you Thunderbolt.

Cut back to the broadcast desk.

Thunderbolt Smith: Thank you Blaire. All right. Let’s go to Kimber Marshall in the ring.

MATCH ONE/MVW TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: The Southern Boys vs. Corporate World, Inc. ©
Kimber Marshall stands in the middle of the ring.

Kimber Marshall: Ladies and gentlemen. This match is a one fall…

Crowd: ONE fall!

Kimber Marshall: And it is for the Missouri Valley Wrestling Tag Team Title.

Pause for crowd applause.

Kimber Marshall: Introducing first, the challengers.

The spotlight shines on the stage.

General DeBauchery- who looks like a bizarre combination of the AWA’s Colonel DeBeers and Lt. Aldo from Inglorious Basterds, sporting a black captain’s hat right out of World War II, smoking a cigar and grinning obnoxiously, walks out first.

The camera zooms in on General DeBauchery.

Gen. DeBauchery: You probably heard not only are we in the take no prisoner-takin’ business like usual wrasslers; we in the killin’ brewskis business…

General DeBauchery takes a bottle of beer and chugs it down.

Gen. DeBauchery: And cousin, Business is a-boomin. Ladies and gentlemen- THE SOUTHERN BOYS!

‘Everlong’- Foo Fighters

Kimber Marshall: …Hailing from Columbus, Georgia. Weighing in a two hundred and forty pounds- ‘DASTARDLY’ DAVE. MILLER!

Miller walks out to the stage to a chorus of boos.

Kimber Marshall: And his tag team partner…

“Screw You, We’re From Texas”- Ray Wylie Hubbard

Kimber Marshall: From Wimberley, Texas. Weighing in tonight at two hundred and fifty-two pounds. DANGEROUS. DAN. WILLIAMS!

Williams comes out next. He fist bumps Miller on the stage and then the pair walk to the ring.

Kimber Marshall: They are…THE SOUTHERN BOYS!

Thunderbolt Smith: Here we go again. The Southern Boys are back once again for another shot at the title. But they do not have ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson at ringside with them.

Rick Hall: Dickinson remains on ‘house arrest’ which means unless he is actually wrestling in a match, he is barred from being at ringside. Will that be a hindrance to the Southern Boys? Not necessarily. Miller and Williams have been here before. They know what they have to do. It’s up to both of them to actually do it.

Thunderbolt Smith: As for the champs, Gordon Guyko says Corporate World, Inc. are a well-oiled machine ready to do battle against the Southern Boys tonight.

Rick Hall: Banks and Walstreit have flourished under Guyko’s oversight and they have become a very hard tag team to defeat.

Thunderbolt Smith: Your referee will be Davey Keels.

Rick Hall: Which in itself will be very interesting. Because this is what happened the last time these two tag teams faced off against each other.

(REPLAY: 8/19-Wrestling Night in the Heartland: Southern Boys vs. Corporate World, Inc. ©)

Right to Williams. Banks goes to whip him into the ropes – Williams reverses and sends Banks instead – *WHAP*

Banks staggers back, his face now a bleeding profusely.

Thunderbolt Smith: General DeBauchery just piefaced Banks with a beer bottle!

Rick Hall: That beer bottle cut him Thunderbolt. His face is now a bloody mess.

Referee Davey Keels calls for the bell.

Rick Hall: Which led to this…

(REPLAY: 8/19-Wrestling Night in the Heartland: Southern Boys vs. Corporate World, Inc. ©)

Banks and Walstreit have their arms raised by Keels.

Infuriated by the decision, Miller, Williams, and ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson attack all three from behind.

Dickinson power bombs Referee Keels.

Miller and Williams stomp the proverbial mudhole into the tag team champions.

Miller spikes Walstreit with the Southern Cross. Williams locks in the Devil’s Triangle on Banks- who continues to bleed profusely from the cut.

Thunderbolt Smith: Dickinson powerbombing Keels is the reason he is not at ringside tonight.

Rick Hall: The Southern Boys can’t be happy that Keels is refereeing tonight’s match.

Keels calls for the bell.

*DING-DING*

Thunderbolt Smith: We’re going to find out just how this is going to go. The match is underway.

1st MINUTE
Miller and Banks to start. Both circle. Collar and elbow tie up. Arm wringer by Miller. Reverse to a hammerlock by Banks. Back elbows by Miller loosens the hold. Arm wringer by Miller. But Banks reverses back to a hammerlock and drives Miller towards the ropes. Miller grabs the rope with his free hand. General DeBauchery up on the apron calling for Keels to ask for the break. He does. Banks releases the hold.

Thunderbolt Smith: Banks gives Miller the clean break.

Rick Hall: That’s not a big surprise. What’s a big surprise is that Miller didn’t try to take a shortcut here.

Thunderbolt Smith: We’ll be back with more right after these messages.

TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH (continued)

6th MINUTE
…Williams grabs Walstreit by the wrist. He jerks Walstreit towards and cuts him down with a clothesline.

Thunderbolt Smith: And we are back. So far, the match has been surprisingly clean, wouldn’t you say?

Rick Hall: Yes. The Southern Boys have been on their best behavior- so far. It’s been a good back and forth battle so far with neither team gaining much of an advantage over the other.

7th and 8th MINUTE
Williams covers. Walstreit kicks out at two. Williams wraps Walstreit up and lifts him off his feet for a belly to back suplex. Again, Williams covers. Again, Walstreit kicks out at two. Walstreit tries to get to the corner but Williams pulls him back towards the Southern Boys’ corner instead. Guyko on the ring apron shouting instructions. Miller tags back in. For the next few moments Miller grounds Walstreit working various joints and limbs. Walstreit tries to get to Banks but Miller, and then Williams who tagged back in, keeps Walstreit in the wrong part of the ring.

Thunderbolt Smith: Walstreit’s in real peril here and he needs to get to his corner.

Rick Hall: Good tactics by the Southern Boys. Isolate one part of the tag team and do as much damage as you can.

9th MINUTE
Walstreit finally makes a little progress. Miller pulls him to his feet and stands next to him facing the opposite way. He falls back and slams Walstreit face first to the mat. Cover…Walstreit again kicks out at two. Miller stomps away with the boots. Guyko is chirping away at referee Davey Keels. Banks stretches his arm out to try to get tagged in-Miller slaps the arm away. Walstreit gets to a knee. Miller rushes in. Walstreit ducks and Miller goes flying by. Walstreit dives for the corner. *SLAP*

Thunderbolt Smith: Walstreit makes the tag and here comes P.M.C. Banks!

10th MINUTE
Miller wades in-Banks decks him with a right hand. Miller back up-Banks decks him again. Williams in-Banks decks him. General DeBauchery now up on the ring apron. Banks goes over and sends him flying off. Banks goes back to Miller. Double knee-lift. Banks lifts Miller up-drop suplex. Cover…Williams flies in to make the save. Now Walstreit in. Walstreit and Williams brawl. Banks comes up from behind to Miller. Lift. Reverse suplex and Miller lands face first.

Rick Hall: Banks just pancaked ‘Dastardly’ Dave Miller face first to the mat!

11th MINUTE
Banks rolls him over and hooks the legs. Miller kicks out at two. He rakes Banks’s eyes and gets out of the ring.

Williams boots Walstreit in the gut bending him over. He runs the ropes. Walstreit drops to the ground. Williams comes off the other ropes. Walstreit turns- standing dropkick stops Williams in place. Walstreit launches himself forward and clotheslines Williams over the top rope to the floor.

Keels starts a ten count on Miller.

12th MINUTE
Banks stalks back and forth while Miller huddles with Williams and General DeBauchery.

Thunderbolt Smith: And here’s where they may miss having Bill Dickinson out there with them.

Rick Hall: Yes. For all of Dickinson’s physical power, he has a very good mind for in-ring strategy, especially mid-match corrections.

Miller finally approaches the ring. He yells at Keels to move Banks back- which takes his mind away from the ten count.

Finally, Keels tells Banks to move back. Banks moves back- all the way back to his corner and tags in Walstreit.

Walstreit charges in and catches Miller sleeping. He rains down right hands. Miller forced back to Corporate World’s corner. Banks and Walstreit takes Miller up to the top rope.

13th MINUTE
Walstreit goes for a superplex. Miller catches him. Stands. Avalanche Powerbomb off the top rope. Miller hooks the legs…Banks in to make the save. Now it’s General DeBauchery who up on the ring apron screaming at the referee. Miller pulls Walstreit up. Walstreit hops behind. Boot to the gut. He sets. Hooks a leg. Lift. He drives Miller down to the mat.

Thunderbolt Smith: STOCK MARKET PLUNGE!

Rick Hall: Where did that come from!

Walstreit hooks the leg.

Thunderbolt Smith: NO! WILLIAMS PULLED KEELS OUT OF THE RING!

Walstreit slams his hand down three times. He breaks the pinfall and jumps to his feet. Guyko launches himself up to the ring apron and starts bellowing at Williams.

Williams flips off Guyko.

Keels IMMEDIATELY calls for the bell.

*DING-DING-DING-DING*

Miller turns to Keels and flips him off.

Rick Hall: Oh, this is not good.

Kimber Marshall stays out of the ring and makes the announcement from her table.

Kimber Marshall: Ladies and gentlemen! Referee Davey Keels has disqualified the Southern Boys for outside interference at twelve minutes and fifty-seven seconds. Your winner and STILL MISSOURI VALLEY WRESTLING TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS- CORPORATE WORLD, INCORPORATED!

And that sets off the Southern Boys. Remembering what happened last time, Keels dispenses with raising the victor’s arms in victory and gets out of Dodge fast. He races to the back.

General DeBauchery pulls Guyko off the ring apron and flings him to the floor. Then he climbs into the ring and smashes a beer bottle over the head of Walstreit from behind. Walstreit drops like a shot and blood appears from the back of his head.

That brings Banks in. Miller starts unloading right hands. Banks returns fire. Williams then hits the ring. He spears Banks literally out of his shoes and drives him into the corner turnbuckle. Williams and Miller then hit a doubleteam vertical suplex and slam Banks to the mat with maximum force.

Williams then mounts Banks and slaps on the Devil’s Triangle.

The crowd roars.

Thunderbolt Smith: HOLD ON!

Kings of Old School
Bobby Ricky Michaels
AGE: 43 / HT: 6’ 1″ WT: 237 / HOME: San Antonio, TX
FIN: King’s Landing (Rollins finisher)
Marty Gibson-Lane
AGE: 44 / HT: 6’ 3″ WT: 245 / HOME: Memphis, TN
FIN: Gut Check
The Foul Pole Andy Golatta
AGE: 45 / HT: 6’ 3″ WT: 274 / HOME: Warsaw, Poland
FIN: Foul Pole
Manager: Jackson C. Horne

Thunderbolt Smith: Here comes the Kings of Old School!

Michaels and Gibson-Lane hit the ring with Golatta. Michaels basement dropkicks Williams in the face and that breaks the Devil’s Triangle.

Gibson-Lane squares up with Miller. They start throwing down.

Golatta runs up to General DeBauchery. He spins him around. Golatta rears back as far as he can go with his right hand and drives it forward, aiming for the stomach, but sadly missing several inches down. Golatta crushes General DeBauchery’s testicles with the Foul Pole right hand.

You can see the air being expelled from General DeBauchery before he crumples to the mat- his face turning blue.

Horne in the ring. He directs Golatta to Williams who’s just getting back to his feet. Golatta rears back again. But Williams sees what’s coming and bails out of the ring. Miller shoves Gibson-Lane back and he drops and rolls under the ropes to the floor.

Thunderbolt Smith: It was going so well. But Kirk Walstreit caught Miller flat footed with the Stock Market Plunge. Dan Williams then pulled referee Davey Keels out of the ring and then all hell broke loose.

Rick Hall: The Kings of Old School hit the ring to remind the Southern Boys that they’re still around and make the save.

Michaels and Gibson-Lane then pull up Walstreit and tosses him out of the ring. Then Banks.

Guyko and Melissa attend to the tag team champions.

Thunderbolt Smith: I don’t think it was to make the save. I think the Kings were sending a clear message to the Southern Boys. Their feud has cooled off a bit in the past few weeks.

Rick Hall: I’m sure the events of tonight will quickly rekindle that fire.

Thunderbolt Smith: All right. While they clean this up, we are going to take a commercial break. We’ll be back with more action right after these messages.

Thunderbolt Smith: We’re back. Just when you thought the scrum between the Kings and the Southern Boys was done, the chaos moved to backstage. Blaire Moise is on the scene. Blaire?

Cut to backstage.

‘Dastardly’ Dave Miller of the Southern Boys is locked up with Bobby Ricky Michaels of the Kings of Old School.

‘Dangerous’ Dan Williams (Southern Boys) brawls with Marty Gibson-Lane.

‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson (Southern Boys) throws down against The Foul Pole Andy Golatta.

Blaire Moise: Thunderbolt, this thing fired up again when both teams interacted in the aisle going towards the back. Once the melee reached the backstage area, ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson jumped into the fray and made it three on three.

Rick Hall: His involvement technically does not violate his ‘house arrest’ imposed on him by MVW CEO Ray McAvay since Dickinson did not go to ringside.

Thunderbolt Smith: His ‘house arrest’ ends September twenty-fourth if I remember right.

Rick Hall: That’s correct.

MVW Security come in and try to get in between both tag teams.

When both teams are sufficiently separated from each other and passions are beginning to cool, MVW CEO Ray McAvay appears and joins Blaire.

Blaire Moise: Ray, what-

McAvay interrupts her and talks directly to both teams.

Ray McAvay: Okay you guys. You want to kill each other? Fine. I’m going to give both teams a chance to do exactly that. Two weeks. Saturday October fifth. Tony’s Pizza Events Center. Salina, Kansas. The Southern Boys versus the Kings of Old School in a six man tornado tag team match- INSIDE A STEEL CAGE!

The crowd erupts.

Both teams stare daggers at the other.

Ray McAvay: Until that time. Both teams are prohibited from any further interaction with each other until that bell rings in Salina, Kansas – Saturday October the fifth. Am I clear?

McAvay checks both teams for their reaction- which is no reaction, really.

Ray McAvay: Good.

McAvay turns to Blaire.

Ray McAvay: Thank you Blaire.

Blaire faces the camera.

Blaire Moise: And back to you Thunderbolt.

THE NEW SYNDICATED SHOW
Cut back to the broadcast desk.

Thunderbolt Smith: So. Two weeks from tonight on MVW’s Wrestling Night in the Heartland. The Kings of Old School face the arch-rivals The Southern Boys in six man tornado tag team action inside a steel cage.

Rick Hall: That’s going to be a war, Thunderbolt. An absolute *BLEEP*-ing war.

Thunderbolt Smith: Speaking of breaking news, during the week Blaire conducted an indepth interview with Ray McAvay and it was revealed that Chief Business Officer Laura Bergman signed a syndication deal to produce a thirty-minute wrestling show.

Rick Hall: That’s right Thunderbolt. The original plan was to discontinue taping matches at the studio after Ray McAvay decided to tape matches for the Wrestling Night in the Heartland shows on HOTv at the house shows. McAvay announced the matches for the shows will be taped every other week at our MVW Studios in St. Louis. It’s a win-win.

Thunderbolt Smith: Right. The show will hopefully give some wrestlers down the totem pole a bit a chance of getting more exposure. Speaking of exposure, MVW is celebrating the new Hall of Fame and the inaugural class. We’re going to take a second and play a video montage of all of the title changes in the early years of Missouri Valley Wrestling which will feature three inductees: Miss USA, Christa Carmondy, and MVW’s Queen of Extreme Valora Salinas…

(VIDEO: Miss USA’s victory over Christa Carmondy – August 9th, 2009)

Miss USA on the top rope in street clothes. She launches herself and hits a Patriot Missile to Carmondy. Miss USA then makes the cover. Former owner Jason Carmondy makes the count. And Miss USA is the first MVW Champion.

(VIDEO: Jackie Daniels defeats Miss USA © – March 7th, 2010)

The lights come back up. Jackie Daniels is perched on the top turnbuckle.

Crowd: “RAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!”

Suave: “THAT’S JACKIE DANIELS…”

Daniels leaps and nails the Daniels Splash on an unsuspecting Miss USA.

Suave: “DANIELS SPLASH! DANIELS SPLASH! SHE HOOKS THE LEG?”

Jason Carmondy drops to the mat and makes the three count. Then he calls for the bell.

Suave: “HOLD ON! DOES THIS…DOES THIS MEAN WHAT I THINK IT MEANS?”

Jason goes over to Jack Zenk and whispers something in his ear. Jack walks to the middle of the ring.

Zenk: “Ladies and gentlemen, the winner and NEW MISSOURI VALLEY WRESTLING CHAMPION…’SWEET SOUTHERN COMFORT’ JACKIE DANIELS!”

The Sisters of Excellence look shocked. Miss USA turns a shade of white.

(VIDEO: Miss USA defeats Jackie Daniels © – April 4th, 2010)

Miss USA goes up top…Asian Moonsault! Cover…Daniels kicks out at two. Miss USA keeps Daniels grounded with an elbow submission hold. Daniels powers her way to the ropes. Double axe handle from the top rope by Miss USA and Daniels is having a hard time keeping up with her. Standing drop kick by Miss USA. Miss USA goes up top again…Moonsault! She goes up top again…Patriot Missile drop kick. Miss USA covers…one…two…three!

(VIDEO: Valora Salinas defeats Miss USA © and Christa Carmondy – June 27th, 2010)

The visitor gestures at Daniels to bring it on. Daniels raises the chair and leaps. The person sidesteps and then wheels around, her foot connecting with the chair at the precise moment Daniels was bringing it down and slamming the metal object into Daniels’s face. Daniels’s chair spins away from the impact and Daniels, unconscious, topples over onto the floor.

Chastity Gold – Oh…my…God…did you see that Rick?

Rick Fantastic – Daniels is out and bleeding pretty badly.

The hooded figure climbs into the ring and points at Christa Carmondy.

Chastity Gold – Do you see the look on Christa’s face?

Christa suddenly has the urge to be anywhere else but in the same ring with the hooded person. Dame Judith shouts at Christa to take her out. Christa looks at her mother…hesitates…and then takes off. The person leaps at Christa and spikes her with a tornado DDT. She runs to the ropes and then nails Christa with a tornado stunner. Christa’s body bounces up and she lands back first on the mat. Dame Judith climbs up to the ring apron and starts shouting at the visitor.

She finally pulls off her hood

The crowd explodes. Dame Judith is stunned.

Rick Fantastic – IT’S VALORA SALINAS! WHAT IS SHE DOING HERE?

Valora smirks and makes the cover on Christa. Jason Carmondy slides into the ring. One…two…three.

Chastity Gold – I don’t believe it.

The crowd roars as Jason holds Valora’s arm up. He hands her the MVW Title belt.

Rick Fantastic – VALORA SALINAS IS THE NEW MISSOURI VALLEY WRESTLING CHAMPION! I’M…I’M STUNNED BY THIS TURN OF EVENTS.

(VIDEO: Callie Urban defeats Valora Salinas © – May 15th, 2011)

Callie then whips around and snaps off a spinning heel kick that connects flush on Valora’s jaw. Valora’s eyes roll back and she drops to her knees.

Mollie: URBAN HURT HER WITH THAT SPINNING KICK! Urban into the ropes…BASEMENT DROP KICK!

Everyone in the arena is standing now.

Valora is bent backwards and then the rest of her body spins around. She lays sideways on the mat and blood appears on the left side of her face.

KGB: She’s been knocked out?

Callie immediately hooks the legs. The referee slides in…one…two…

Mollie: VALORA GRABBED THE BOTTOM ROPE!…

**CUT**

…Callie places Valora in an inverted facelock, and hooks her near arm with her free arm. Callie pulls backwards and up and wrenches Valora’s neck and puts her knee under her back, adding more pressure.

Mollie: DRAGON SLEEPER!

Callie pulls hard and Valora begins to fade. But she continues to fight every stretch of the way.

KGB: She’s not going to give up. Someone needs to stop this.

Valora tries to move towards the ropes.

Mollie: I think the referee’s a little confused about what to do, Kevin.

KGB: To me it’s pretty simple, Valora’s life is worth a lot more than a belt. The match needs to stop now.

Valora pushes Callie even closer to the ropes. Callie with a head butt to the back of Valora’s head. She shifts and wraps her arm around Valora’s neck, pressing the biceps against one side of the neck and the inner bone of the forearm against the other side. Then she wraps her legs around Valora’s and squeezes hard.

Blood now pools on the mat where Valora’s face is.

KGB throws off his headphones and gets up on the apron, screaming at the referee to stop the match.

The referee takes a close look at Valora- she’s unconscious- and immediately calls for the bell. Medical personnel stream into the ring and attend to the former champion.

Cut back to the broadcast desk.

Thunderbolt Smith: We will have-

Thunderbolt stops and listens to something in his headphones.

Thunderbolt Smith: There’s something going on backstage. Blaire Moise is there. Let’s to her right now.

Cut to backstage.

GUESS WHO’S BACK?
Ultratron-5.1 and Ray McAvay are having a stare-off.

Blaire steps into the shot. Behind her, Victoria McGill and her aunt Regina McGill are in the gorilla position ready for their upcoming match against the Missouri Valley Fight Club.

Blaire Moise: Thunderbolt, as you recall, last week Ray McAvay banned Ultratron-5.1 from appearing on television for his role in preventing the airing of a new episode of Wrestling Night in the Heartland two weeks ago. Ultratron-5.1 vowed to come back and bring with him – and I quote – ‘the most foul, cruel, and bad-tempered wrestler with a vicious streak a mile wide, the harbinger of doom, the destroyer of Missouri Valley Wrestling.’

Thunderbolt Smith: Thanks Blaire. We’re going to find out what Ultratron-5.1 wants – right after these commercial messages.

**************************

Cut to backstage again.

Thunderbolt Smith: While we were gone, someone came in and decked Ray McAvay from behind with a blackjack. We didn’t get a good look at the man but McAvay has been knocked out cold.

Ultratron-5.1 stands above McAvay who’s now down on the ground.

Ultratron-5.1: Tonight, I settled all accounts. You. Rah.

Quick cut to Rah’s dressing room. Rah and all of his entourage have been laid out. The Sunshine God had incurred Ultratron-5.1’s wrath because his followers bowed down to him.

Ultratron-5.1: Delaney Foster.

Quick cut to Delaney’s dressing room. She’s been laid out. Delaney was forced to be Ultratron-5.1’s valet until a few weeks ago when Tori McGill helped free her.

Ultratron-5.1: Khris Kardoucheian.

Quick cut to The Kardoucheian’s dressing room. Khris. His sons Ken, Koley, and Khourtney. All laid out. Ultratron-5.1 took offense that Khris Kardoucheian told MVW fans that they should be bowing down to his sons because they are stars.

Ultratron-5.1 kicks McAvay.

Ultratron-5.1: I warned you McAvay. I told you I was going to come back and unleash the fury. You made me send for him. The harbinger of doom. The bringer of death. The sands will rise – the heavens will part – my power will be unleashed and you and everyone else who’s denied me my rightful spot as the ultimate ruler of Missouri Valley Wrestling are going to pay.

The camera pans left. It’s…

DarinZion_full
High Octane Wrestling’s Darin Zion

Thunderbolt Smith: Wait. Darin Zion?

Zion has a side headlock on Victoria McGill. McGill tries to escape but Zion has her trapped.

Next to them, an unconscious Regina McGill.

Thunderbolt Smith: Blaire, what the hell is Darin Zion doing here?

Blaire Moise: I have no clue. All I know is Zion arrived with Ultratron-5.1. He’s the one who took out Ray McAvay and the others.

Ultratron-5.1: Victoria McGill cost me my Heartland title and my valet Delaney. Tonight, I will put an end to her career.

Ultratron-5.1 nods at Zion. Zion spikes her to the floor.

Thunderbolt Smith: ZION JUST DDT’D TORI McGILL ON THE FLOOR!

Rick Hall: She’s got a match coming up.

Thunderbolt Smith: Not anymore.

Ultratron-5.1 looks down at the unconscious McGill with glee.

There’s a commotion as MVW Security rush in.

Zion levels a MVW security man with The Devastation.

Another security person approaches, Zion hits another kick and drops him.

A third person runs at him. Zion boots him in the gut. Spins him around. Wraps his arms around him and lifts, sending the security person back to the mat with a German Suplex.

More security arrive. Zion takes them out one by one.

Thunderbolt Smith: Zion is laying waste to the MVW security!

While that’s happening, the camera pans over to ‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ as he pulls Tori McGill’s limp body back up and lifts her into a Fireman’s Carry.

Thunderbolt Smith: What is he doing?

Rick Hall: Ultratron-5.1’s not going to hit the Disintegrator on the floor, is he?

Thunderbolt Smith: Who’s going to stop him?

Female Voice (off camera): YOU’VE *BLEEEEEEEEPED* WITH THE WRONG PERSON!”

Ultratron-5.1 sees someone running at him and drops McGill to the floor. He ducks behind Zion.

The camara pans quick. A familiar looking woman is running at a dead sprint with a steel chair in her hand towards Ultratron-5.1 and Zion.

Thunderbolt Smith: That’s Dawn McGill!

Dawn McGillThe 6 Foot Demolition Machine in a Short Skirt”
-Also, the mother of one Victoria McGill
AGE: 39 / HT: 6’ 0″ WT: 137 / HOME: Dallas, TX
FIN: McGill Bomb

Rick Hall: Here they come now! It’s Jackson Horne, the Kings of Old School, and The Missouri Valley Fight Club!

McGill’s husband Jackson Horne, Bobby Ricky Michaels and Marty Gibson-Lane (Kings of Old School) and Harley Davisson and Carrieanne McDermott (Missouri Valley Fight Club) race to the scene behind Dawn McGill.

Rick Hall: Dawn’s headed right for Zion, Thunderbolt!

Except Zion decides he’s done enough damage for the evening. He grabs Ultratron-5.1 by the wrist and whips him into Dawn’s path just as she’s whips the steel chair around running full speed.

*WHAM!*

Thunderbolt Smith: Dawn McGill just delivered a steel chair facial flush to Ultratron-5.1’s face after Darin Zion threw him into her path.

Ultratron-5.1 pauses and hangs in the air – then slowly tips back and falls to the floor.

That’s the cue for Zion to take his leave and he slams the exit door behind him.

Thunderbolt Smith: Zion’s out of here. But Dawn’s not done. She blasts the downed ‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ with the steel chair again.

And again.

And again.

And again.

And again.

Rick Hall: She’s totally lost it, Thunderbolt!

Dawn throws the chair down – mounts Ultratron-5.1 – wraps her hands around his throat – and tries to throttle him.

Thunderbolt Smith: She’s got a full force choke hold on Ultratron-5.1!

Rick Hall: Someone better get her off of him or else!

Davisson and McDermott try to pull Dawn away.

Thunderbolt Smith: It’s chaos now. Davisson and McDermott are trying to pry Dawn off of Ultratron-5.1. Horne is trying to talk to his wife.

Medical personnel rush in to check on the other injured.

Thunderbolt Smith: Finally Davisson and McDermott rip Dawn off of Ultratron-5.1.

But they can’t hold her and Dawn gets loose – goes up to Ultratron-5.1 and punts him square in the balls.

Thunderbolt Smith: Someone’s got to get her under control.

Rick Hall: I’ve seen her pissed off before. I’ve never seen her like this.

Horne comes in from behind and lifts her – kicking and screaming – into the air and literally carries her away as Blaire steps back into the shot.

Blaire Moise: So to recap, Ultratron-5.1 brings in Darin Zion as his ‘secret weapon’. Zion lays out Ray McAvay, a bunch of backstage security people, Khris Kardoucheian, Delaney Foster, Rah and his entourage, and Regina and Victoria McGill. Ultratron-5.1 is stopped from hitting his finisher on Tori McGill on the floor and gets thrown into Dawn McGill’s path by Zion. Zion escapes. Ultratron-5.1 gets completely obliterated by Dawn. That’s all I have guys. Back to you.

Cut back to the Broadcast Desk.

Thunderbolt Smith: Rick?

Rick Hall: That sums it up for me.

Cut to:

THE CHAMPION SPEAKS BEFORE HER MATCH
Women’s Champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens stands alone back stage.

Lisa Barbosa-Stevens: You know, it’s very evident that Missouri has become accustomed to the absolute best in professional wrestling. Tonight, two of the very best women will face each other again in the ring. Myself. Sheline Carrigan. For this belt.

Lisa holds up the Women’s title belt.

Lisa Barbosa-Stevens: People, gear up and get yourself ready. I know what’s going to happen tonight. It’s going to be a war. Cape Girardeau. Get ready. Cause we’re coming. And I’m leaving here tonight with this.

She points to the belt.

Cut to the broadcast desk.

Thunderbolt Smith: That was taped a few minutes ago. Now, it’s time. Kimber Marshall is in the ring and she will bring out our two contestants tonight for the MVW Women’s title. Kimber?

MAIN EVENT/WOMEN’S TITLE MATCH: Lisa Barbosa-Stevens © vs. ‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan
The lights dim, the crowd is revved up, and Kimber is ready to go.

Kimber Marshall: Ladies and gentlemen. Our main event tonight is a one fall…

Crowd: ONE fall.

Kimber Marshall: …and it is for the Missouri Valley Wrestling WOMEN’S title! Introducing first…

“Killer”- Fist

A spotlight shines on the stage. Coach E.J. Flack walks out first, followed by Sheline Carrigan.

Kimber Marshall: She is a former Women’s champion. Hailing from her home in the Canadian prairies. Vilbank, Saskatchewan – she is the Canadian Cyborg. Please welcome – SHA-LEENNNN. CARRIGAN!

“What Have You Done Now?” – Within Temptation

A spotlight illuminates Ted Tebow- Tim Tebow’s long lost black sheep brother no one ever knew he had, Lisa Barbosa-Stevens’s manager as he walks out onto the stage.

Kimber Marshall: From the great fighting city of Houston, Texas. Please welcome – LEEEEEEE-SAHHHHH! BARBOSA! STEVENS!

HT: 6’ 5” WT: 445 / HOME: Texarkana, TX

Lisa walks out with the Stevens Dynasty- Bo Stevens on one side; George Stevens on the other.

Kimber Marshall: Corrina Romanov will be your referee.

Thunderbolt Smith: Four weeks ago, these two women battled for over eighteen minutes in a match that Sheline Carrigan dominated in large stretches. Lisa Barbosa-Stevens flatly stole that match from Carrigan. She can’t rely on being able to do that tonight.

Rick Hall: Absolutely not. If Barbosa-Stevens has another flat performance tonight like the one she had against Carrigan last month, then I guarantee you we will have a new Women’s champion.

*DING-DING*

Thunderbolt Smith: And the bell rings and we are underway.

1st MINUTE
Barbosa-Stevens and Carrigan walk to the middle of the ring. They slap hands and then circle each other.

Lock up. Carrigan uses her strength to drive the champion to the ropes. Barbosa-Stevens hooks the rope with her leg. Romanov calls for a break.

More circling. Lock up. Again Carrigan has the advantage. Again Barbosa-Stevens goes to the ropes. Again, Romanov breaks them up.

Thunderbolt Smith: Just over thirty seconds in and both women are not in a rush to engage.

Rick Hall: Standard feeling out part of the match. Both of them know one mistake will probably cost them the match.

2nd MINUTE
Lock up #3. Carrigan advantage. Barbosa-Stevens backs and then whips Carrigan to the ropes. Carrigan off the ropes. Barbosa-Stevens wraps her from behind and belly to back suplexes her. Both women up. Barbosa-Stevens misses a clothesline. Carrigan belly to back suplexes the champion. Again, both women up. They charge and collide. Barbosa-Stevens tries to charge again- Carrigan with a kick stops her cold. Carrigan follows with the BIG lariat and the champion lands hard on her back. She crawls over for a cover – Barbosa-Stevens kicks out just before two.

3rd MINUTE
Again both women run off the ropes. Collision in the middle- no advantage. Barbosa-Stevens ducks a sidekick. She launches herself forward and catches Carrigan with both feet. Carrigan staggers back. The champion runs the ropes. Clothesline – no Carrigan slips through – she whips around and hits a nasty kick. Barbosa-Stevens staggers to the corner. Now Carrigan rushes in but gets back body dropped over the top rope to the ring apron. Both block each other’s right hand. Right hand by Barbosa-Stevens gets through. Another clothesline attempt by Barbosa-Stevens. Carrigan blocks. Hops over the top rope and lands behind Barbosa-Stevens. Full Nelson slam. Carrigan rolls over and covers – Barbosa-Stevens kicks out again at two.

Thunderbolt Smith: This match is off to a fast start. We will have more right after these messages.

Barbosa-Stevens drop toeholds Carrigan to the mat. She traps Carrigan’s legs under her armpits and sits back.

Thunderbolt Smith: Boston Crab by the champion!

Rick Hall: Carrigan could be in trouble. She can’t reach the ropes.

*DING-DING-DING-DING*

Thunderbolt Smith: Un-believeable!

The fans of Cape Girardeau, Missouri are all on their feet making it hard for Kimber Marshall to make the final announcement.

Kimber Marshall: Your winner at thirteen minutes and thirty-four seconds – and STILL THE MISSOURI VALLEY WRESTLING WOMEN’S CHAMPION! LEEEEEEEEE-SAHHHHH. BAR-BOOOOOO-SAH. STEEEEEE-VENS!

The Stevens Dynasty and Ted Tebow are in the ring to celebrate with the champion.

Thunderbolt Smith: Lisa Barbosa-Stevens retains the title over Sheline Carrigan in a barn-burner of a match here tonight on Wresting Night in the Heartland.

Rick Hall: Thunderbolt, Sheline Carrigan came out red hot but couldn’t put Barbosa-Stevens away. The champion then took control of the match and she found the right move – an incredible diving somersault Toxic Sting – to put Carrigan away.

Thunderbolt Smith: That’s going to do it for this week. Thanks for joining us. We will be back next week with another edition of Wresting Night in the Heartland on HOTv. See you then.
