Taped Saturday September 14th
Redbird Arena

Announcers: Thunderbolt Smith and ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall
Backstage Interviewer: Blaire Moise

Thunderbolt Smith and Rick Hall start the show from the middle of the ring.

Thunderbolt Smith: Good evening everyone! Hello and welcome to tonight’s edition of MVW’s Wrestling Night in the Heartland on HOTv. I am Thunderbolt Smith.

Thunderbolt points to himself.

Thunderbolt Smith: He is ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall.

Thunderbolt points to Hall next to him.

Rick Hall: Hey.

Thunderbolt Smith: This past Friday night on HOTv, an old friend of ours had perhaps the night of his life.

(VIDEO: 9/13/2019-High Octane Wrestling’s Friday Night Chaos- John Sektor © vs. Halitosis/Courtesy of High Octane Wrestling/HOTv)

Sektor goes right up to Halitosis and smirks.

The referee calls for the bell and the two men meet in the middle of the ring.

Sektor shoves Halitosis back.

Lock up in the middle of the ring.

Sektor steps back and shoves Halitosis a second time.

Sektor turns to look at the crowd and nods at them. He turns back and Halitosis is right there and he gives him a full blast of his lethal breath.

Sektor falls to the ground and begins choking and gagging.

Mark Dubois: Are you kidding me?

Halitosis quickly leaps onto the ropes and takes flight, flipping at the last second and dropping on Sektor, sending him to the mat.

Keith Suete: Halitosis just nailed Sektor with a high angle senton bomb!

Mark Dubois: Let me guess, we’re going to start seeing 50 spears and kickouts next?

Halitosis quickly scrambles over to the fallen Sektor. He drapes his arm across him.

But the referee isn’t counting…

Halitosis’ arm is now wrapped around the neck of Sektor. He wrenches back and Sektor’s head is now vertical on the mat. Halitosis wriggles his body underneath Sektor and bridges himself, which in turn bridges Sektor.

Mark Dubois: What the heck is this?!?!

Keith Suete: Looks like a modified Dragon Sleeper!

Mark Dubois: I know what it is! I’m surprised he’s takin’ care of business.

Keith Suete: Deep cut there.

Halitosis yanks back hard and Sektor’s arms are flailing. He can’t seem to pinpoint a means of escape as Halitosis keeps the hold locked in. With one final cinch and yank, Sektor’s arms come in close and taps Halitosis’ arm.

Keith Suete: He did it again! From beating Max Kael to beating John Sektor, Halitosis has defied the odds twice now! A two time HOW World Champion in less than 6 months, Halitosis is cementing himself as a force to be reckoned with!

Rick Hall: Wow. I’ll admit it. I did not think Halitosis could beat John Sektor- at least not like that.

Thunderbolt Smith: Sektor came in just a little overconfident.

Rick Hall: That’s an understatement. When are these folks going to learn? You take this guy lightly at your peril. And he made Sektor tap out with the Dragon Sleeper too.

Thunderbolt Smith: Ray McAvay worked with Halitosis extensively last week and I believe one of the things they worked on all week was the Dragon Sleeper.

Rick Hall: Ray and Halitosis spent a lot of time last week working on the move. Great job by Halitosis. Way to make us proud down here, dude.

Thunderbolt Smith:
Okay. Speaking of understatements, rumor has it MVW CEO Ray McAvay might be just a little upset with the stunt that ‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ Ultratron-5.1 pulled last week that prevent MVW from airing the episode originally scheduled to air. Instead, we had to scramble and show an episode from March of this year.  Here’s the statement that came out last Wednesday by the ‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine.’

Cut to: Ultratron-5.1’s Letter

“Dear maggots.

I did it. I sabotaged your pathetic Monday night television show. You stole my Heartland title. You stole my valet. So I stole your stupid show.

Since MVW continues to thwart my will at every turn, I have been forced to take extreme measures in order to get my revenge on Tori McGill and Rah.

Cut back to the broadcast desk:

Thunderbolt Smith: Well, Blaire Moise is backstage now with Ray McAvay. Blaire?

Cut to Blaire and McAvay:

Blair Moise
Blaire Moise

Blaire Moise: Thank you Thunderbolt. Ray, you took firm and decisive action against ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson when he powerbombed referee Davey Keels. What action do you plan on taking against Ultratron-5.1 after what he did last week?

Ray McAvay: First off Blaire, thank you for coming back to us. We appreciate you being here.

Blaire immediately gets the sense that McAvay clearly does not want to discuss this topic.

Blaire Moise: Thank you Ray. It’s nice to be appreciated. Now, regarding what Ultratron-5.1 did-

Ray McAvay: Blaire, I know where you want to go. I know you have to ask the question. I’m not going to discuss it. Why? Because I’m not going to give the person in question what he wants- attention.

Blaire Moise: But-

Ray McAvay: Blaire, I have the ultimate hammer when it comes to what ends up on the air here. So again, the person in question is looking for attention and that’s why he’s acted out in the way he’s acted out. I’m not going to play his game. Therefore, he can kiss any more television air time goodbye. If he wants to pull this stuff, he’s not going to get rewarded for pulling said stuff on television.

And with that, McAvay leaves the shot.

Blaire Moise: Well, Ray McAvay has made his position clear. Guys, back to you.

Cut back to the broadcast desk:

Thunderbolt Smith: Rick?

Rick Hall: Well, it’s great to have Blaire back-

Thunderbolt Smith: Rick.

Rick Hall: Um…okay. What sucked about what Ultratron-5.1 did is it negated a lot of hard work that was done. That match between Carrigan and Yamazaki was out of sight and it’s a sin that no one got to see the full match.

Thunderbolt Smith: Well, this is your lucky night. Tonight, we have not one but two! HUGE. Matches. We will have Carrigan versus Yamazaki TONIGHT. In its entirety.

Rick Hall: YES!

Thunderbolt Smith: Then our main event- “Redneck” Bill Dickinson is in the building and will face the up and coming J.J. Bittinger in a number one contender’s match for the MVW Men’s title.

Rick Hall: J.J. Bittinger has arrived in MVW and moved right into a possible title shot but Bill Dickinson will be his biggest challenge to date. We’ll see just how close Bittinger is to challenging Charlie Blackwell for the Men’s title. As for Dickinson, he knows what he has to do- keep his composure and don’t let his emotions get the best of him.

Thunderbolt Smith: So that’s the lineup for tonight. We’ve got action in the Women’s division coming right up. We’ll be back right after these messages.

Blaire Moise: I have the Missouri Valley Wrestling Men’s Champion here with me- Charlie Blackwell. Charlie? Talk about your match last week against ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson.

Charlie Blackwell: Blaire, one- welcome back. Two- It was a great match. If you take out the Southern Boys bull-*BLEEP*, ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson is one hell of a good wrestler. Bill gave me everything I could handle and I do feel pretty fortunate to get the win.

Blaire Moise: Charlie, what makes Bill Dickinson so tough?

Charlie Blackwell: For starters, he’s extremely strong and extremely tough. He’s surprisingly agile for a man who’s carrying all that weight. This was a hard, hard defense. I had to dig deep to find a way to defeat him.

Blaire Moise: Now that you’ve made it past the Dickinson challenge, who are you interested in as being the next opponent for you?

Charlie Blackwell: Blaire, I don’t worry about stuff like that. All I know is that I somehow survived the match and I still hold the Men’s title belt. For all I know, Bill will make it back to be my next opponent. And we’ll have to do this all over again.

Blaire Moise: Thank you Charlie and continued success.

Charlie Blackwell: Thank you Blaire and glad to have you back.

Cut back to the broadcast desk:

Thunderbolt Smith: Over the weekend, Missouri Valley Wrestling crowned an inaugural Women’s Heartland champion. We started with eight women on Friday night in Gary, Indiana. Whittled it down to four women for a pair of semi-final matches in Normal, Illinois. And then last night in Danville, Illinois, we determined the first Women’s Heartland Champion.

Rick Hall: It came down to ‘The Argenta Rose’ Eva Perrin taking on the long-time veteran – The Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin for the title.

‘The Argenta Rose’ Eva Perrin
AGE: 33 /HT: 5′ 9″ WT: 111 /  HOME: Argenta, IL

‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin
AGE: 35 / HT: 5′ 8″ WT: 125 / HOME: Bowling Green, OH
ALIGN: 90% Face / STYLE: Technical / FIN: Pizza Cutter

On stage, a group of shirtless people aka descamisados pull a flatbed wagon out to the ring. On the wagon lying on a nice bed is Eva Perrin. She has rollers in her bright red hair and is wearing silk pajamas.

Thunderbolt Smith (narration): The local girl Eva – she lives forty miles west in Argenta, Illinois – made her usual splashy entrance.

Next to her is her husband, John Perrin. He wears a bright red robe that covers his silk pajamas. They trade off taking a puff from a cigarette as the flatbed wagon comes to a stop.

Thunderbolt Smith (narration): Then the Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl appeared.

The spotlight illuminates the stage. A late model Chevy Chevette enters on stage and slams on the brakes. The challenger ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin pops out of the car carrying her trademark oversized pizza box of doom. She wears a white shirt that says ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ on the front.

Thunderbolt Smith (narration): Eva dominated the early part of the match.

-Perrin has Martin on the mat and lays the boots to her.

-Tess manages to get back to her feet. Perrin hits South American uppercuts that sends back to the mat. She follows and stomps away at her.

-Perrin hip tosses Tess and makes the cover. One…two…Tess kicks out.

Thunderbolt Smith (narration): Tess rallied though and got back into the match.

-Perrin lays in the chops. She whips Tess into the ropes. Perrin whiffs on the clothesline- Tess ducks under and takes a side headlock on the off balance Perrin. Lift. Perrin is suspended upside down. Tess slams her to the mat.

-Perrin staggers out of the corner. Tess jumps and kicks forward nailing Perrin with a Basement dropkick.

Thunderbolt Smith (narration): But Colonel John Perrin would put an end to Tessa’s rally.

-Perrin rolls back and forth on the mat. Tess goes top turnbuckle and gets set for a senton splash. With Referee Brent Payson checking on Perrin, Colonel Perrin sneaks over and crotches Tess on the top rope.

-Remarkably, Eva resituates. She goes right over to Tess and flings her off the top with The Overthrow. Cover. One…two…THREE

Rick Hall: First off, it was good to see the Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl back in a title mix. She had a good two night run and then I think she ran out of gas last night. That being said, it looks like Tess is back and that’s a good thing. As for Eva Perrin. She’s only been back a few weeks and already she’s wearing gold. Eva’s also picked a fight with the ‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot which may not have been a bright thing to do.

Thunderbolt Smith: Especially when she got her clock cleaned twice by Lani over the weekend- once right after she’d won the Heartland title.

Rick Hall: That’s right. So, we’ll see where this heads from here.

Thunderbolt Smith: We were going to mention this last week. MVW CEO Ray McAvay announced at a recent house show the formation of the Missouri Valley Wrestling Hall of Fame.

(VIDEO: HALL OF FAME ANNOUNCEMENT- September 7th, 2019 Independence, MO House Show)

CEO McAvay introduces a video montage honoring the seven inaugural members of the Missouri Valley Wrestling Hall of Fame:

-MVW Originals-still active.

Carmondy, McDermott, Scott and Casey are at the show and come out to a standing ovation.

Thunderbolt Smith: Congratulation to all seven new members of the MVW Hall of Fame and-……hold on. There’s a commotion in the back. Let’s send it to Blaire Moise. Blaire?

Cut to Blaire backstage:

Blaire stands in a hallway while behind her, MVW security holds back ‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ from getting at MVW CEO Ray McAvay and push Ultratron-5.1 towards an exit door.

Blaire Moise: Thunderbolt. What happened is that Ray McAvay followed through on his threat to keep Ultratron-5.1 off the air. Ultratron-5.1 tried to sneak in and try to get to the ring. McAvay saw him. Alerted security. And they came and stopped him. I can say that Ultratron-5.1 promised to return next week and bring with him – and I quote – the most foul, cruel, and bad-tempered wrestler with a vicious streak a mile wide, the harbinger of doom, the destroyer of Missouri Valley Wrestling.

Security finally pushes Ultratron-5.1 out the door.

Blaire Moise: That’s all for now. Back to you Thunderbolt.

Cut back to the broadcast desk:

Thunderbolt Smith: Okay. We’ll be back with more right after this.

Cut back to the broadcast table:

Thunderbolt Smith: And we are back. Let’s go right to the ring where Blaire Moise has the MVW Women’s Champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens with her. Blaire?

Cut to Blaire in the ring with Barbosa-Stevens:

Blaire has Barbosa-Stevens with her. Barbosa-Stevens has the Women’s belt slung over her shoulder. She is accompanied by Defiance Wrestling Tag Team Champions The Stevens Dynasty: Bo and George Stevens and her manager Ted Tebow- Tim Tebow’s long lost black sheep brother no one ever knew he had – who stand behind the Women’s champion.

Lisa Barbosa-Stevens

STR: 6.5 DEX: 7.4 CHR: 8.0 WORK: 8.4 INT: 7.8 END: 8.2

Blaire Moise: Thank you Thunderbolt. Lisa. Next week you will face the ‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan again for the Women’s title and Carrigan took care of Shizuko Yamazaki last week. Your last match with Sheline turned a lot of heads- it was one of the tougher title defenses you’ve had.

Lisa Barbosa-Stevens: It was Blaire. Look, one- I had a bit of an off night. Two- Sheline Carrigan is a really good wrestler. She’s a former champion. She’s a formidable opponent. But, it’s going to hap-

Ted Tebow steps forward.

Ted Tebow: Excuse me Lisa. Blaire, she had an off-night. Lisa isn’t a machine. The only thing we have to do with Lisa is to set an objective in front of her and tell her to go get it. When your objective is to retain the Missouri Valley Wrestling Women’s title, that’s really good motivation for someone who’s as driven and dedicated to her craft as Lisa Barbosa-Stevens is.

Bo Stevens: She’s got BO-lief.

Ted Tebow drops to one knee and bows his head while placing his balled left fist against his forehead (aka…‘Tebows’) when Bo says BO-lief.

Ted Tebow: As I was saying, Lisa knows that if she wants to become a legend and potential MVW Hall of Famer someday, she has to beat some big time competition. Sheline Carrigan is big time competition. Christa Carmondy is big time competition.  She’s beat them both. I want to tell the world this- Lisa Barbosa-Stevens may not be unbeatable, but I can tell you that she is unstoppable.

Bo Stevens: And she’s got BO-lief!

Tebow again drops to one knee and bows his head while placing his balled left fist against his forehead (aka…‘Tebows’) when Bo says BO-lief.

Blaire Moise: There you have it Thunderbolt. Ted Tebow says Lisa Barbosa-Stevens is unbeatable…

Lisa and her entourage begin to exit the ring.

Blaire Moise: …and Bo Stevens says Lisa has BO-lief.

Just as Ted climbs through the ropes, he has to stop and drop to one knee and bow his head while placing his balled left fist against his forehead (aka…‘Tebows’)- and gets hung up in the ropes.

Blaire snickers at the sight.

Ted Tebow: That’s not funny Blaire!

Blaire Moise: Sure it is. Back to you Thunderbolt.

Cut back to the broadcast desk:

Thunderbolt Smith: Earlier tonight in a non-televised match, Sheline Carrigan destroyed the Black Widow Natasha Littell. Last week, she took on the young Japanese sensation Shizuko Yamazaki in a number one contender’s match for the Women’s title in Independence, Missouri and this is what happened.

MATCH ONE/#1 CONTENDER MATCH-WOMEN’S TITLE: ‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan vs. Shizuko Yamazaki (taped September 7th in Independence, MO)
Referee Corrina Romanov calls for the bell and the match gets underway.

Sheline Carrigan ‘The Canadian Cyborg’
AGE: 25 / HT: 6’0″ WT: 145 / HOME:  Vilbank, SK
STR: 9.3 DEX: 6.8 CHR: 6.0 WORK: 7.4 INT: 7.2 END: 7.6
ALIGN: 59% Face / STYLE: Power-Technical / FIN: Canadian Destroyer
MGR: Coach E.J. Flack

Shizuko Yamazaki “The Shadow Warrior”
AGE: 21 / HT: 5’4″ WT: 125 / HOME: Osaka, Japan
STR: 7.0 DEX: 8.2 CHR: 5.0 WORK: 8.0 INT: 7.8 END: 7.5
ALIGN: 70% Heel / STYLE: Martial Arts / FIN: Cranial Contusion

Thunderbolt Smith: Under the tutelage of Coach E.J. Flack, Sheline Carrigan has regained her swagger and she’s been nearly unstoppable.

Rick Hall: The problem there is the woman at the top- Lisa Barbosa-Stevens. But do not underestimate Shizuko Yamazaki. She’s young and gaining experience with every match. I don’t think she’ll get past Carrigan now. But watch out for her in the future.

Yamazaki comes out fast. Carrigan locks up with her and tries to use her strength as leverage.
Both women trade shoulder tackles. Yamazaki fires back with strikes and arm drags. Carrigan counters a stun gun with a body slam and they end in a standoff.

The young Yamazaki continues to press. Carrigan calmly parries her attacks. A second body slam by Carrigan. She covers…one…two…Yamazaki gets the shoulder up. Carrigan lays the boots to the rookie.

Yamazaki gets a rope break. She comes back with a slam of her own. She drops an elbow and gets the shock cover…one…two…Carrigan kicks out. Again, Yamazaki aggressively stalks Carrigan. Carrigan continues to keep her at bay. Yamazaki finally drives her shoulder into Carrigan’s midsection and pushes her back into her corner. Carrigan grabs the rope to force a break. Romanov makes the call. Carrigan dawdles and discusses strategy with Flack in the corner. Impatient, Yamazaki impetuously takes a swipe at Flack.

Thunderbolt Smith: Yamazaki the aggressor. Carrigan in complete control though.

Rick Hall: Yamazaki is expending a lot of energy trying to hit her offensive moves. Carrigan is frustrating her and that’s why you saw her take a shot at E.J. Flack in the corner.

…Yamazaki keeps on coming but now at a much slower pace. Carrigan grounds Yamazaki and maintains control. Yamazaki makes the ropes. Carrigan with a body slam and follows with a slingshot elbow drop. She plants Yamazaki with a running power slam and covers…one…two…Yamazaki kicks out.

E.J. Flack claps his hands and shouts encouragement at Carrigan.

Thunderbolt Smith: Carrigan is picking her off over and over.

Rick Hall: Yamazaki refuses to back down and keeps pressing but, yeah, Carrigan is really giving her a wrestling lesson tonight.

Carrigan hooks the legs…one…two…again Yamazaki kicks out but with less authority than earlier in the match. She clumsily rushes Carrigan- Carrigan hiptosses Yamazaki across the ring, whips her into the corner turnbuckle, and starts unloading the big bombs. Yamazaki tries to slip out of the ring but Carrigan pulls her back. Belly to belly suplex. Cover. One…two…Yamazaki just gets a shoulder up. Before Carrigan can press the advantage, Yamazaki rolls out of the ring and tries to regroup.

Thunderbolt Smith: The young Yamazaki showing noticeable signs of tiring now.

Rick Hall: We’re watching a seasoned professional give a rookie a real lesson inside the ring. Carrigan has been terrific tonight. Yamazaki has not been that bad- she’s put up a brave fight and has not given up hope.

…Yamazaki back in the ring. She continues to move forward. Carrigan hits a swinging neckbreaker and covers…one…two…Yamazaki kicks out. Vertical suplex by Carrigan. Cover…one…two…NO! Carrigan shakes her head and then reacts when Flack tells her to keep the pressure on. Carrigan tries to set Yamazaki up for the Canadian Destroyer. But in a last ditch, final bullet in the gun act of defiance, Yamazaki back body drops Carrigan. Instead of making the cover though, Yamazaki falls to her knees, exhausted.

It takes Carrigan a few seconds to recover before she rises to her feet. Yamazaki up. Carrigan ducks a wild right, slips in, and atomic drops the rookie. She literally tips backwards to the mat. Carrigan leaps on top…one…two…two point nine…shoulder up!

Thunderbolt Smith: I don’t believe it!

The crowd can’t believe it. Carrigan can’t believe it. She drags Yamazaki to her feet. Sets her up for the Canadian Destroyer- no resistance this time. Carrigan leaps forward.

Carrigan hooks the legs and holds on tight.

THREE! Referee Corrina Romanov calls for the bell.

Kimber Marshall: The winner at fourteen minutes and forty-five seconds – and the number one contender for the Missouri Valley Wrestling Women’s Title – SHAAAA-LEEEEEEN CARRIGAN!

Romanov raises Carrigan’s arm in victory.

Thunderbolt Smith: Carrigan wins! An absolutely sensational performance by the Canadian Cyborg tonight as she defeats the upcoming Japanese star Shizuko Yamazaki.

Rick Hall: Give it up for Yamazaki though. She refused to give up. She refused to back down. And she will learn from this match, mark my words.

Carrigan then goes over and checks on Yamazaki.

Thunderbolt Smith: Class move by Carrigan.

Rick Hall: She’s been there Thunderbolt. She knows exactly how Yamazaki feels right now.

Thunderbolt Smith: Sheline Carrigan will get another shot at MVW Women’s Champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens in two weeks (NOTE: this match was taped last week). We’ve got the main event coming right up after these messages.

Blaire Moise has Bittinger with her backstage for an interview.

Blaire Moise: J.J.? You came over from Appalachian Mountain Championship Wrestling a few weeks back and now you find yourself facing ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson tonight for a shot at the MVW Men’s title.

J.J. Bittinger: That’s right Blaire. This is the reason J.J. Bittinger came to Missouri Valley Wrestling. For nights like tonight. Normal, Illinois? Y’all better get ready. ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson? Y’all better get ready. For the past three years, all I concentrated on was being the top dog in AMCW. But then I got a phone call from Ray McAvay. I was at a point in my career where I thought I’d done everything I could in Appalachian Mountain Championship Wrestling. So I accepted the offer to come here to Missouri Valley Wrestling.

Blaire Moise: Has it been everything you thought it would be?

J.J. Bittinger: It can’t be that bad if you came back here from HOW.

Blaire Moise: Touché.

J.J. Bittinger: I’ve got my eyes set on the MVW Men’s title belt – held by champion Charlie Blackwell. Over the past year, Charlie Blackwell has been THE best wrestler in MVW. But all title runs must come to an end. And I’m aim to be the guy who ends Charlie Blackwell’s run.

Bittinger exits.

Blaire Moise: J.J. Bittinger. Now, I also spoke with his opponent ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson earlier tonight.

(VIDEO: Blaire Moise Interview with Bill Dickinson)

Blaire is outside Dickinson’s dressing room.

The door opens. The Southern Boys emerge. First, General DeBauchery. Next, ‘Dastardly’ Dave Miller. Then ‘Dangerous’ Dan Williams. Finally, ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson.

Blaire goes to interview him.

Blaire Moise: Bill-

Dickinson glares at her and just walks past her.

Cut back to the broadcast desk:

Thunderbolt Smith: Dickinson versus Bittinger. Number one contender’s match for the MVW Men’s Title. Let’s go to the ring.

Dickinson fist bumps both Miller and Williams on stage and then the trio walk to the ring.

Rick Hall: Dickinson wants another shot at Charlie Blackwell. Bittinger wants his first shot at Charlie Blackwell.

Thunderbolt Smith: Davey Keels is our referee and we are under way.

Dickinson and Bittinger take a couple steps forward and stare at each other for several seconds. Both men slowly crept closer and finally lock up. Dickinson starts attacking the arm. Bittinger counters out and they work into a standoff.

A second lock up. Dickinson whips Bittinger to the ropes.   Bittinger ducks through and hits the other ropes. Dickinson drop toeholds to the mat and grounds things. Dickinson starts focusing on the arms. Bittinger forces his way to the ropes and finally gets a rope break. Again, both men slowly circle each other in the ring.

Lock up. Dickinson gains the advantage and shoves Bittinger to the corner. Dickinson with uppercuts. Bittinger counters back with a knee lift and chop blocks the knee. That gets the other Southern Boys attention and they jump up onto the apron. Dickinson makes the ropes and powders to the floor. He’s pissed. Dickinson confers with Miller and Williams.

Thunderbolt Smith: Both men looking for an advantage. So far, Bittinger looks up to the task.

Rick Hall: That chop block really got the attention of the Southern Boys. They need to keep their cool and stay out of the ring because a DQ sends Bittinger through.
