7/28-Sunday Night Wrestling

Thunderbolt Smith (voiceover): Last week on Missouri Valley Wrestling, people were just in a foul mood all night long. First off, Millennial Mark ran into a ‘Starz N. Stripes’ Kevin Scott who was definitely in a ‘foul’ mood…

(LAST WEEK: Millennial Mark vs. ‘Starz N. Stripes’ Kevin Scott)

An offended Millennial Mark rips the microphone away from Kimber.

Millennial Mark: I’ve worked hard. I’ve been training on the PS4 WWE2K19 video games for weeks and can’t get a television match until now. Now that I have a match, I don’t even get the usual pre-match entrance that everyone gets?

Snowflake Suzie: PRE-MATCH ENTRANCE!

Millennial Mark: Isn’t it bad enough that you old folks have screwed everything up for us millennials? This is an injustice! This will not- OOOOOOOOF!

‘Starz N. Stripes’ Kevin Scott attacks Millennial Mark sending Snowflake Suzie scrambling to get out of the ring…

…Millennial Mark comes to an abrupt stop. Eyes wide. Mouth dropped. Scott raises the chair and *BLAM* One steel-folding chair facial later, Millennial Mark falls face first to the mat.

Scott kicks him over and sticks a boot on his chest. Martin slides in for the count.

One…

Two…

THREE! Martin calls for the bell.

Thunderbolt Smith (v/o): After putting up a game fight and taking the fight to the tag team champions Corporate World, Inc., the Monongahelian Stomper and Mr. Wrestling XXXIV ended up leaving the ring in a ‘foul’ mood…

(LAST WEEK: Tag Team Champions Corporate World, Inc. vs. Mr. Wrestling XXXIV and The Mononaghelian Stomper)

The Stomper decks him and gives him a swift kick to the balls for good measure. Body slam by the Stomper.

Thunderbolt Smith: Could we have an upset tonight?

Then Gordon Guyko’s Executive Assistant Melissa steps forward towards the ring apron.

The Stomper throws himself into the ropes and Melissa grabs at his foot enough to cause him to lose his balance.

The Stomper stumbles forward right into Walstreit’s Stock Market Plunge.

Thunderbolt Smith: No.

Walstreit rolls him up.

Thunderbolt Smith (v/o): William Daniels Bryan was crying ‘foul.’

(LAST WEEK: William Daniels Bryan Promo)

Bryan sits in the front amongst the Deplorables (including Ray McAvay and Rah and their respective entourages). He has a microphone and begins to talk.

William Daniels Bryan: You know, week after week, show after show, I’ve sat back and patiently waited as the Southern Boys and ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson suck up all the television oxygen talking about how they’re going to kick ass all over MVW. Everyone knows Bill has a pretty high opinion of himself which is why he throws his weight all over the place.

The Deplorables all make exaggerated motions mocking Dickinson pretending to throw his weight all over the place.

William Daniels Bryan: So the reason I’m doing this is to give Bill a friendly reminder that he’s not the only chasing a MVW title match. W.D.B. is still here. And you still have to get past good ol’ W.D.B. before you get your title shot

Thunderbolt Smith (v/o): And Miley Vyrus got things totally ‘fouled’ up…

(LAST WEEK: Shizuko Yamazuki vs. Miley Vyrus)

Yamazuki tries to lock up with Vyrus early on but Vyrus plays the ‘stall game.’ She keeps feigning engagement with her younger opponent and then slips her head in between the ropes. Payson keeps starting counts on Vyrus. This forces her to step back into the ring…

…Vyrus taunts the youngster and then climbs all the way out to the ring apron. She then turns and twerks back at Yamazuki to rub her nose in it even further.

But then, the Shadow Warrior slides between Payson’s legs, jumps up, and spears Vyrus off the ring apron to the floor.

Yamazuki then drug a woozy Vyrus back to her feet and set her for the Cranial Contusion.

Thunderbolt Smith: Wait a minute! She’s not going to-

Rick Hall: Yes she is Thunderbolt!

She spikes Vyrus on the floor.

Yamazuki drags Vyrus back to the ring, throws her in, climbs in and makes the academic cover.

Thunderbolt Smith (v/o): Finally, things take a ‘foul’ turn as hostilities between the Kings of Old School and the Southern Boys officially kicked off during the Main Event…

(LAST WEEK: The Southern Boys: ‘Dastardly’ Dave Miller and ‘Dangerous’ Dan Williams vs. Beer Bellied Softball Playing Ninja: Hank and Tiny)

The Kings of Old School: Bobby Ricky Michaels and Marty Gibson-Lane arrive with manager Jackson C. Horne. Horne yanks Williams off the ring apron. Michaels tackles Dickinson on the floor. Gibson-Lane starts stomping away at Williams on the floor.

Miller stands up and starts towards them. A third person arrives on scene- a two hundred and seventy-five pound, six foot three inch man with Polish descent who claims into the ring.

Thunderbolt Smith: Who is this?

The Foul Pole rears back with his right arm and unloads a mighty sweeping uppercut he intends to drive into Miller’s stomach- except it lands several inches lower and smashes into his balls.

Miller doubles over and falls to his knees, wind completely taken from him, gasping for breath.

Missouri Valley Wrestling
Sunday Night Wrestling
Sunday July 28th, 2019
Taped last night at the MVW House Show
Rapid City, South Dakota

Announcers: Thunderbolt Smith and ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall
Backstage Interviewer: Kirsten Canfield

===============================

Thunderbolt Smith and Rick Hall start the show inside the ring with about five thousand people packing the bottom part of the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center cheering in the background.

Thunderbolt Smith: Good evening everyone. From the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City, South Dakota, this is Missouri Valley Wrestling- bringing minor league wrestling to the American Heartland! Welcome to another edition of Sunday Night Wrestling. I am Thunderbolt Smith.

Thunderbolt points to himself.

Thunderbolt Smith: He’s ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall.

Thunderbolt points to Hall next to him.

Thunderbolt Smith: Welcome to the go-home show before the final MVWA show ever – MVWA 92 – next week from the Redbird Arena in Peoria, Illinois.   We know this much- there will be three number one contender’s matches at the show. We also know that both the Heartland and Women’s Tag Team titles will be on the line that night.

Rick Hall: Also at MVWA 92, we will find out who will replace ‘The Phenomenon Known as’ Jill Berg as the CEO of Missouri Valley Wrestling. If you listen to people, the odds on favorite appears to be none other than ‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Mr. McMann. But as I said last week on the show, someone made the decision to end the MVWA shows. That decision about the future was made now which begs the question – who exactly is making these decisions behind the scenes? Again, has owner Jason Carmondy made his decision already?

Thunderbolt Smith: We will find all of this out next week in Peoria. Tonight is going to be a special night. Last week in Paducah, Kentucky, this special moment took place.

(LAST WEEK @ Paducah, KY House Show: Dawn McGill and Victoria McGill vs. Laney Harrison and MacLean Oswald)

Dawn has Harrison in a side headlock. She glances over at her daughter and smiles. Then she DDT’s Harrison face first to the mat.

Oswald jumps in and runs right into a right hand from Dawn that sends her reeling back towards the ropes, landing in a heap in the bottom rope.

Calmly, Dawn walks over and tags Victoria in.   The younger McGill, two inches taller than her mother and a few pounds heavier, stalks Harrison. Pulls Harrison to her feet. Places her head between her legs. Pulls her up – release – and then sits out with a picture perfect McGill Bomb.

Torie covers.

One…

Two…

THREE.

Thunderbolt Smith: And with that, Dawn McGill’s in-ring career in Missouri Valley Wrestling came to an official end. She did wrestle one final match with Torie Friday night at a charity wrestling show down in North Carolina and tonight she is here in Rapid City because – yes – Dawn McGill is officially retiring from professional wrestling.

Rick Hall: Again.

Thunderbolt Smith: For good.

Rick Hall: This time.

Thunderbolt gives a ‘look’ at the mischievously grinning Hall and continues.

Thunderbolt Smith: So we’ll have that at the end of tonight’s show. Also on the card tonight, big, big match between ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson of the Southern Boys –

Rick Hall: Who still has a bit of a shiner above his eye courtesy of High Octane Wrestling’s ‘Gold Standard’ John Sektor from last week.

Thunderbolt Smith: -that he does. He will face ‘Starz N. Stripes’ Kevin Scott for a shot at the current number one contender for the MVW Title- William Daniels Bryan next week at MVWA 92.

Rick Hall: If Bill Dickinson wants a shot at the title, he’s going to have to run the gauntlet of Kevin Scott this week – and then William Daniels Bryan next week.

Thunderbolt Smith: And then, the ‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan will meet the undisputed ‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot for a shot at Christa Carmondy for the number one contender’s spot in the Women’s division.

Rick Hall: Under Coach E.J. Flack’s tutelage, Sheline Carrigan has got back on track and now she’s one match away from Christa and a title shot against Women’s Champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens.

Thunderbolt Smith: Lisa is here tonight to watch. She was also at the North Carolina charity wrestling event on Friday night.

Rick Hall: Thunderbolt, I was there too. It was a great night. Our hosts for the night- Appalachian Mountain Championship Wrestling which is run by former MVW wrestler ‘No Frills’ Chris Escondido – did fantastic job of putting the show together. Former MVW tag team champion and HOW World Champion Halitosis was there with Jackson C. Horne and the Kings of Old School. Outgoing MVW CEO Jill Berg was also in attendance with ‘Red Solo Cup’ Ray McAvay and Rah- The Sunshine God, ‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ Ultratron-5.1, former MVW wrestler Ashton Flowers, and SNAFU with Coach E.J. Flack.

Thunderbolt Smith: We’ll have a little bit more on the show later on in the night.  So, we’ve got a big night of wrestling action from Rapid City, South Dakota. We will have our first match of the night, coming up – right after these messages.

MISSOURI VALLEY WRESTLING

BRINGING MINOR LEAGUE WRESTLING TO THE AMERICAN HEARTLAND!

**************************

Cut back to Thunderbolt and Hall at the broadcast table:

Thunderbolt Smith: So, we know three of the matches that will take place next Saturday at MVWA 92. The ongoing war between the Southern Boys: ‘Dastardly’ Dave Miller and ‘Dangerous’ Dan Williams and the Kings of Old School: Bobby Ricky Michaels and Marty Gibson-Lane will continue as both teams will be part of a three way tag match with the Deplorables: ‘Red Solo Cup’ Ray McAvay and Rah- The Sunshine God- winner to get a title shot against the tag team champions Corporate World, Inc.

Rick Hall: Yeah, that’s going to be something. The last time these three teams met up in the same ring, the Southern Boys and the Kings of Old School brawled to the point that they both got themselves counted out giving the win to McAvay and Rah. I don’t think they’ll make the same mistake this time.

Thunderbolt Smith: The other two matches will be the Heartland Title match between the champion Jack Fraiser, with his Oootlander, and ‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ Ultratron-5.1 and his valet Delaney Foster. And Women’s Tag Team Champions The Missouri Valley Fight Club: Harley Davisson and Carrieanne McDermott will defend their belts against five time tag team champions Angels of Death: Angel Scott and Angel Casey.

Rick Hall: The last time the MVFC faced off against the AoD, the Angels came very close to claiming their sixth title. Can they find a way to do it one more time? And as for Fraiser and Ultratron-5.1, these guys have been going at it for a while now. Dawn McGill cost Ultratron-5.1 a win the last time these two met. McGill won’t be there. Can Ultratron-5.1 finally complete his takeover of the Heartland division? We’re going to find out next week.

Thunderbolt Smith: All right, it’s time to find out who will face Christa Carmondy next week at MVWA 92. Let’s go to the ring and Kimber Marshall.

MATCH ONE-‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan vs. ‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot
Kimber is in the ring and ready to go.

Kimber Marshall: Our first match is one fall.

Crowd: ONE fall!

Kimber Marshall: Introducing first…

“Roll the Bones”- Rush

Sheline Carrigan ‘The Canadian Cyborg’
AGE: 25 / HT: 6’0″ WT: 145 / HOME:  Vilbank, SK
STR: 9.3 DEX: 6.8 CHR: 6.0 WORK: 7.4 INT: 7.2 END: 7.6
ALIGN: 59% Face / STYLE: Power-Technical / FIN: Canadian Destroyer
MGR: Coach E.J. Flack

Carrigan and Flack makes their way down to the ring.

Kimber Marshall: And her opponent…

“Queen of My Double-Wide Trailer”- Sammy Kershaw

‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot
AGE: 33 / HT: 5′ 10″ WT: 118 / HOME: Magnolia, AR
STR: 7.8 DEX: 6.8 CHR: 7.0 WORK: 6.2 INT: 5.5 END: 6.5
ALIGN: 51% Heel / STYLE: Brawler / FIN: White Trash Compactor (Inverted Body Crunch)
VALETS: The White Trash Posse (Shayne and Jaxson)

Shayne and Jaxson lead Harlot down to the ring.

Thunderbolt Smith: Well, Lani Harlot is here again. She’s been so close before but she’s not been able to make it all the way to the top.   She’s got to find a way to get past Carrigan and then Christa Carmondy to get a crack at Lisa Barbosa-Stevens.

Rick Hall: Sheline Carrigan on the other hand, is poised to make a hard run towards the Women’s title. E.J. Flack has her back on track and she’s been tearing through the competition. I think Lani’s in for a rough ride tonight.

Thunderbolt Smith: We’re going to find out in just a second.   The wrestlers are ready to go. Referee Davey Keels is ready to go.

*DING-DING*

What Happened?
The match started slowly as Harlot played a cat and mouse game with Carrigan to throw her off her game. This went on for a few minutes. Carrigan’s manager E.J. Flack began to chirp to referee Davey Keels while Carrigan cooled her heels in her corner and waited.

Finally, Harlot engaged and got on the front foot by raking the eyes. Hiptoss by Harlot into an arm bar. Harlot tried to wear Carrigan down a bit and take away her right arm as a threat. But Carrigan powered out and we were back at square one. Harlot played more cat and mouse with the Canadian Cyborg. Flack continued to complain to Keels about the tactics used by Harlot. And Harlot’s White Trash Posse lurked at ringside looking for an opening to help out.

Carrigan finally got her hands on Harlot and the match started in earnest. Harlot fought back hard- again raking the eyes, throwing closed fists, and forcing a five count from Keels on a blatant chokehold. Flack stepped one foot into the ring causing Keels to go over to him. That allowed Shayne and Jaxson to continue to choke out Carrigan in the ropes- infuriating Flack even more. Carrigan fired back with both barrels and traded shots with Shayne and Jaxson. Carrigan grabbed both by the arm and slammed them together. Keels finally sees what’s going on and tosses both from the ring. Harlot sneaks in and unloads on Carrigan in the corner. Pissed, Carrigan came back with throat chops and started slapping Harlot around. More chops and Harlot went down. Carrigan followed with kicks. Harlot tried to fire back. Carrigan ain’t having it and head butted Harlot.

Turning Point
Both women worked counters. Harlot gained the advantage and hit a spinebuster. Harlot followed with jabs. Carrigan fired back and they traded punches. Harlot tried to get Carrigan off her feet by sending her to the ropes and going for a drop toehold. Carrigan countered by stopping cold and stomping on Harlot’s back. Carrigan then blasted Harlot with a full nelson bomb. Cover. Harlot kicked out. Carrigan takes complete control of the match and laid the boots to her. Desperate, Harlot low bridged Carrigan again and tried to drag her up to the top turnbuckle. Carrigan pushed Harlot off the top rope and followed with a flying knee strike.

Finish
Harlot’s all but out. Carrigan pulled her up again. Placed her head between her legs. Carrigan leapt up and over flipping Harlot and spiking her on the mat with the Canadian Destroyer. Game. Set. Match.

Keels called for the bell. Kimber Marshall climbed into the ring to make the announcement.

WINNER:
‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan @ 12:42 (edited to 6:30 for television)

Thunderbolt Smith: Lani Harlot pulled out all the stops but the Canadian Cyborg found a way to overcome and get the big win. She will face Christa Carmondy next week for a shot at the Women’s title.

Rick Hall: Completely agree. Lani knew she was outgunned. She came out and tried everything to throw Carrigan off but in the end- too much Carrigan and she moves on.

Carrigan and Flack high-five in the ring.

Thunderbolt Smith: We’ve got more action coming up after these messages.

MISSOURI VALLEY WRESTLING

BRINGING MINOR LEAGUE WRESTLING TO THE AMERICAN HEARTLAND!

**************************

Cut to backstage.

KEVIN SCOTT INTERVIEW
Backstage interviewer Kirsten Canfield has ‘Starz N. Stripe’s Kevin Scott with her.

Kirsten Canfield: Kevin, tonight you’ve got a riled up ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson who wants desperately to get his hands on the MVW title. How do you defend against him?

Kevin Scott: Yeah Kirsten. The best way to avoid a runaway train is to stay off the tracks. That’s what I have to do with Dickinson. He’s going to blindly charge in like a bull in a china shop and I’m going to draw on my experience to find a way to keep clear of him.

Kirsten Canfield: What about his power? Strength?

Kevin Scott: Kirsten, I’ve been in the ring with people as strong as Bill. Again, it’s all going to be about tactics and execution. The way to win is not to play into his hands. I’d like to think I’m smart enough to not allow myself to get drawn into a brawl with him.

Kirsten Canfield: As you said, you’ve been down this road before.

Kevin Scott: Yeah. Bill’s a little unique in that he does have skill to go along with the brawn. So I’ll have to wave a red flag in front of his face and see if that sets him off.

Kirsten Canfield: Like a matador to a bull?

Kevin Scott: Like a matador to a bull.

Kirsten Canfield: Okay. Thanks Kevin and good luck.

BILL DICKINSON PROMO
‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson, flanked by fellow Southern Boys ‘Dastardly’ Dave Miller and ‘Dangerous’ Dan Williams, cuts a promo on his upcoming match.

Bill Dickinson: Kevin Scott. I just heard your interview with Kirsten Canfield and I have to say- runaway train? Bull in a china shop? No, it’s going to be Bill Dickinson kicking your ass all over the ring. It’s not complicated. Bill Dickinson punches Kevin Scott. Bill Dickinson throws Kevin Scott all over the ring. Bill Dickinson power bombs Kevin Scott. Bill Dickinson pins Kevin Scott. That simple.

Dickinson rolls his eyes, drops the mic, and exits. Miller steps forward.

Dave Miller: Yeah. What he said.

Miller and Williams follow suit.

Cut back to Thunderbolt and Hall at the broadcast desk.

Thunderbolt Smith: Okay. We’ve heard from both Kevin Scott and ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson. It’s time to see them in action. Kimber Marshall is in the ring and let’s go to her now.

MATCH TWO: ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson vs. ‘Starz N. Stripes’ Kevin Scott
Kimber raises the microphone to her mouth and gets things started.

Kimber Marshall: Ladies and gentlemen, our next match will be one fall.

Crowd: ONE fall!

Kimber Marshall: Introducing first…

“Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue”- Toby Keith

Kevin Scott walks out on the stage.

‘Starz N. Stripes’ Kevin Scott
HT: 6′ 3″ WT: 250, HOME: Ottumwa, IA
STR: 7.0 DEX: 7.2 CHR: 6.5 WORK: 8.9 INT: 7.8 END: 7.9
ALIGN: 70% Face / STYLE: Technical / FIN: American Stars and Fujiawa Arm Bar

Kimber Marshall: And his opponent…

“White Trash” – Chris Janson

Kimber Marshall: Accompanied to the ring by ‘Dastardly’ Dave Miller and ‘Dangerous’ Dan Williams.

Miller and Williams come out.

Kimber Marshall: He is a proud member of the Southern Boys!

‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson “The 330 Pound Southern Brawler”
AGE: 37 / HT: 6′ 1″  WT: 330 / HOME: Troy, AL
ALIGN: 55% Heel / STYLE: Brawler-Power / FIN: High Crossbody into a Powerbomb

Dickinson walks out and doesn’t stop to pose. He passes Miller and Williams and marches right to the ring.

Thunderbolt Smith: Well? ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson looks very focused tonight.

Rick Hall: He looks deadly serious- which may not bode well for Kevin Scott.

Thunderbolt Smith: Dickinson has struggled with wrestling with more technical ability though. That may be Kevin Scott’s only avenue to win the match.

Rick Hall: It is his only avenue to the win the match.

Thunderbolt Smith: Ron Martin will be your referee and he is ready to go.

*DING-DING*

What Happened?
Both Miller and Williams looked on with great interest at ringside. Dickinson surprised everyone in the building- especially Scott, when he simply walked to the middle of the ring and offered a handshake. After a little deliberation, Scott accepted and they began. They worked to the ropes. Clean break by Dickinson who then wanted another handshake. Scott again extends his hand. This time, Dickinson boots him in the gut and drives him to the mat. He laid the boots to Scott and simply dominated the match for the first five or so minutes.

Scott fights back with a shoulder tackle. Enraged, Dickinson jumped up and charged. Scott slipped to the side and pushed Dickinson over the top rope to the floor. Scott decided to follow and went to work on the floor with chops. Scott then whipped Dickinson into the barricades. He saw both Miller and Williams coming around the corner of the ring and retreated back to the ring. Miller and Williams then argued with Ron Martin about Scott’s ‘tactics.’ That allowed Dickinson to sneak back in and attack Scott with a steel folding chair. Dickinson then tossed Scott out of the ring. He slammed Scott’s head on the broadcast table causing Thunderbolt and Hall to evacuate. Dickinson followed with more chair shots. Then he choked Scott on the floor and Martin finally turn to see what was going on.

Turning Point?
Dickinson tried choking Scott out again. Scott found a way to escape but Dickinson raked the eyes and then deliberately kicked him in the balls. Referee Ron Martin started a five count and told Dickinson to back up. Scott tried to rally with strikes and chops. He hit a corner clothesline. Scott then went for it and tried to charge in- Dickinson greeted him with a running uppercut and a body slam followed. Dickinson then followed up with a delayed suplex.

Finish
Scott somehow managed to fight off a German suplex. He ran the ropes and Dickinson kicked him in the face. Dickinson set Scott up and planted him with the Power bomb. Cover…one…two…THREE!

Ron Martin called for the bell. Kimber Marshall climbed in to make the official announcement.

WINNER: ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson “The 330 Pound Southern Brawler” @ 9:25 (edited to 4:30 for television).

Thunderbolt Smith: Impressive win for ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson. Next week- it doesn’t get any easier as he will face William Daniels Bryan with a match with the MVW Champion Charlie Blackwell hanging in the balance.

Rick Hall: Kevin Scott tried to slow Dickinson down. But he made a fatal mistake trying to go for a big splash in the corner on Dickinson and the 330 Pound Southern Brawler took care of business from there.

Thunderbolt Smith: ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson the winner here. He will go on to MVWA 92. We’ve got highlights from Friday night’s charity wrestling show in Bryson City, North Carolina involving several MVW wrestlers and then the retirement ceremony for Dawn McGill. Back after this.

MISSOURI VALLEY WRESTLING

BRINGING MINOR LEAGUE WRESTLING TO THE AMERICAN HEARTLAND!

**************************

Cut back to Thunderbolt and Hall at the broadcast desk.

Thunderbolt Smith: Friday night, several Missouri Valley Wrestling wrestlers appeared at a special charity event in Bryson City, North Carolina.

(SERIES OF VIDEOS-Western Carolina Big Time Wrestling Jamboree’s Special Charity Event)

Dawn McGill and her daughter Victoria McGill in action against the Queen of the Mountain and Barbie Smallwood.

MVW CEO Jill Berg delivers a spinning heel kick to Gretchen Deerblind.

Rah looks over at his faithful worshipers- they’re too busy taking selfies. Rah looks at McAvay- McAvay nods. Rah looks at the fans at ringside and signals it time to sacrifice Mr. Wrestling XXXIV to the Temple of the Sunshine God. He places Ken between his legs and looks towards the heavens with arms stretched out soaking in the praise and worship of the fans. Rah picks up Mr. Wrestling XXXIV and drives him down onto the canvas.

The Kings of Old School (Bobby Ricky Michaels and Marty Gibson-Lane) with Jackson C. Horne in action against Scott and Randy Conway.

MVW Women’s Champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens hits ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin with the Toxic Sting and then makes the cover. One. Two. Three.

Scott Stevens power bombs Blackwell. Cover…one…two…NO! Blackwell somehow gets a shoulder up. Debbie Does Dallas by Stevens is countered. Stevens and Blackwell trade shots and The Scorpion finally decapitates Blackwell with a lariat. Blackwell back up. They trade shots and Stevens kills him with another lariat. Hooked the leg. One…Two…AGAIN- Blackwell kicks out. Stevens drags Blackwell up. Kick to the gut. Toxic Sting…countered into an atomic drop by Blackwell. Right hand of Blackwell blocked. Blackwell with another right that gets through. Blackwell’s belly to back suplex countered into the Remember the Alamo superkick. Stevens closes in for the kill. Boot to the gut. Turn and grab Blackwell’s neck. Sit out.   TOXIC STING! That finally finishes it. One…two…Three.

Thunderbolt Smith: I thought Charlie looked pretty good in there with High Octane Wrestling, Online Championship Wrestling, and Defiance Wrestling’s Scott Stevens.

Rick Hall: Charlie acquitted himself well. Scott Stevens wrestles at a much higher level obviously and has held titles in HOW and Defiance. He’s one-third of the six man tag team champions. So to see the MVW champion holding his own in there was good to see.

IT’S THE NEW STYLE!”

”Black Sabotage”- DJ Moule (Beastie Boys/Led Zeppelin mashup)

Thunderbolt Smith: And that song could only mean.

Dawn McGillThe 6 Foot Demolition Machine in a Short Skirt”

McGill steps out on stage. She’s dressed up tonight in a black mini-skirt and top combo with a pair of killer heels. She’s joined by three of her children: 3 year old twins R.K. and Gracie and 8 year old Eva.

Rick Hall: Yep.

Thunderbolt Smith: Dawn McGill is officially retiring.

He turns to Hall.

Rick Hall: Yes. I know.

Much to the crowd’s surprise, Jackson C. Horne also comes out and he joins her.

Thunderbolt Smith: For those of you who didn’t know…

The camera zooms in on Dawn’s left hand. There’s a nice rock on her index finger.

Thunderbolt Smith: …that is an engagement ring and she is Jackson Horne’s fiancée.

Rick Hall: They’ve kept it on the down low for several months. I believe he proposed sometime in June and they’re getting married later this year.

In the ring already is MVW CEO Jill Berg, ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin, Svetlana Kovaleski, and her sister Regina McGill.

Horne escorts Dawn to the ring. The children walk along with her. Everyone climbs in and the program begins.

Jill Berg: Okay, so I know you’d like to keep this short and sweet so here goes. Dawn McGill. Tonight is it. You’re done. No more. As Patrick Stewart so memorably said in one of the Star Trek movies- ‘The line must be drawn here! No further.’

Laughter follows.

Jill Berg: You’ve had a great career. You’ve earned this. Go home and take care of your children.

The crowd rises to their feet and applauds.

Dawn wipes a tear from her eye and mouths ‘thank you…thank you’ over and over. Then…

Male Voice: Oh come on! Really?

The spotlight suddenly comes on and illuminates a man on the stage.

Thunderbolt Smith: Whoa! Is that-

Rick Hall: Yes it is Thunderbolt. It’s the patriarch of the Kardoucheian Empire- Khris Kardoucheian.

Thunderbolt Smith: Wow!

Khris Kardoucheian: I’m sorry. I was told we were honoring someone who’d actually accomplished something. All I see is an overrated, long ago washed up and over the hill wrestler who still continues to live off her past glories. As far as I’m concerned this is long overdue. She’s needed to retire, go home and marry some white trash jerk…

He stops and points at Horne.

Khris Kardoucheian: Yeah, you’re pretty close. You’ll do.

Horne flips him off.

Khris Kardoucheian: Dawn, just go home already and be the barefoot and pregnant housewife you’ve always been destined to become. I mean, you lost your last official televised MVW match to me for Pete’s sake. Remember?

Dawn’s glare bores a hole right through Kardoucheian.

Khris Kardoucheian: No? Well, here’s a reminder.

(REPLAY/MVWA 78: ‘Sinfully Delicious’ Dawn McGill vs. Khris Kardoucheian with the Kardoucheians (Ken, Koley, and Khourtney))

Scott Stevens stuns the forty-five hundred people in the building when he suddenly appears at ringside.

McGill sees the Scorpion. She goes over and demands to know what he was doing there.

They exchange words. Charlie Blackwell, still pissed about being fired by McGill as her financial advisor a few moments before, sneaks in and pops up on the ring apron.

Dawn realizes Blackwell was there just as he swings a steel chair towards her. It catches her flush in the face.

Dawn topples down to the mat. As the stunned crowd watches, Khris rolls over and puts his hand on Dawn’s stomach.

Keels, alerted to the cover by the Kardoucheians, makes the count and Khris wins the match.

Khris Kardoucheian: And then you got to go out on a special dream date with my son Ken Kardoucheian. Do you remember that?

She does.

Khris Kardoucheian: And I seem to remember something about a tape of something that happened later on that night, do you remember that?

Jill Berg: Okay, that’s enough.

Dawn McGill: No no. That’s okay Jill. (she makes eye contact with Kardoucheian) Yes Khris. I remember everything.

Khris Kardoucheian: And do you remember why that tape never saw the light of day?

Dawn nods yes.

Jill Berg: No.

Dawn’s head whips around towards the MVW CEO.

Jill Berg: I did that. You were in a bad place. You never should have let yourself get suckered into the match. I knew that something was up from the beginning. I stopped that tape from being broadcast. And Mr. Kardoucheian was compensated handsomely for the rights to the tape.

Dawn McGill: What do you want Khris? You’ve come out here to rain on my final parade. The Kardoucheians have been no where to be found for months. Spill. What’s up?

Khris Kardoucheian: Well? I was wondering if you were up to another wager.

Jill Berg: Okay, I’m shutting this down right-

Dawn McGill: I’m listening.

Berg glances at McGill incredulously.

Khris Kardoucheian: You versus me. Now. If you win, that tape will never, ever see the light of day. If I win…well? You know.

Now Horne explodes.

Jackson C. Horne: *BLEEP* you you *BLEEP*-ing *BLEEP*

Dawn removes her heels.

Dawn McGill: Fine. Come on down big guy. I accept.

Horne’s face turns bright red.

Jackson C. Horne: WHAT?

Jill Berg: No…

Dawn McGill: Jackson. Take the children. (she faces Khris and beckons him to come to the ring) Let’s go Khris.

Kardoucheian grins and walks down to the ring.

Horne does as asked and gets the small children out of the ring.

Thunderbolt Smith: Oh, I don’t believe this.

Rick Hall: These things have never, ever, worked out for Dawn. Why is she doing this?

MAIN EVENT: Dawn McGill vs. Khris Kardoucheian
Referee Davey Keels runs down and calls for the bell.

Koley low bridges Regina McGill. Kourtney assists with tossing her out of the ring.

Tessa Martin gets a shot in on Ken. But Koley swoops in and takes a full nelson on her. Kourtney then throws a right hand that doubles the ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ over. Koley throws Tess out of the ring.

Meanwhile, Dawn is bludgeoning the hell out of Khris Kardoucheian with her heels. His face is a crimson mask from a huge gash below his eye where the heel pierced the skin.

Ken sees what’s happening and runs over. He literally picks Dawn up and off his father and throws her head first into the corner turnbuckle. Dawn hits head and slumps down to the mat.

Ken and Kourtney go up to the top turnbuckle. Koley goes over and drags McGill back to a standing position and lifts her up to his brothers.

Thunderbolt Smith: They’re going to powerbomb her from the top rope!

Rick Hall: NO, THEY’RE NOT!

Thunderbolt Smith: IT’S VICTORIA McGILL AND SHE’S GOT A SINGAPORE CANE.

Tori, Dawn’s daughter, races down and jumps on the ring apron behind Ken and Kourtney.

*CRRRACK*

She nearly breaks the cane against Ken’s back. He lets go of Dawn who falls back on top of Koley.

Then Tori turns to Kourtney.

*CRRRACK*

Kourtney tumbles off the top rope to the mat. Tori jumps up on the top turnbuckle. She jumps.

*CRRRACK*

And splits open Koley’s forehead with a Singapore Cane shot. He’s drops to the mat and busted wide open.

*CRRRACK*

Another one for Ken and he desperately rolls out of the ring.

*CRRRACK*

Another one for Kourtney and he also escapes.

Ken pulls Khris out of the ring.

Koley follows.

Thunderbolt Smith: The Kardoucheians are back.  Victoria McGill makes the save for her mother on Dawn McGill’s final night in MVW.

Victoria pulls her mother up and raises her arm in the air.

Thunderbolt Smith: That’s going to do it for this week. Next week, it’s MVWA 92.  We will see you in two weeks with another edition of Sunday Night Wrestling.
