Missouri Valley Wrestling kicked off a quick two night swing through northern Indiana last night with a house show in Valparaiso, Indiana featuring eleven matches on the evening.

The MVW, Women’s, and Tag Team Champions were all in action along with a number one contender’s match for the Heartland Title. MVW CEO Jill Berg came out to start the show to thank everyone for coming to the show.

There was a debuting wrestler at the Valparaiso show- Bob Zardoz.

Missouri Valley Wrestling Valparaiso, IN Results:
MATCH #1-Victoria McGill defeated Tori Thomas- Victoria pinned Thomas after hitting the McGill Bomb.
-Victoria’s first MVW single’s match.

MATCH #2-The Couch Potato defeated Bob Zardoz with the Barcalounger Stretch.
-In case you’re wondering, Zardoz came out in a red nappy, black knee-high leather boots, pony tail and Zapata moustache. The crowd reaction? Perhaps, they may have found it a little off-putting and disconcerting.

Post-match, Couch Potato gathers up the Twinkies thrown towards the ring like streamers thrown before a Ring of Honor match and scurries to the back..

MATCH #3-Shizuko Yamazaki defeated Gwen Varney with the Cranial Contusion.
-Yamazaki dominant over a long-time MVW veteran.

Post-match, ‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ Ultratron-5.1 came out with his new valet Delaney Foster. The former backstage interviewer had just one thing to say: “I must help Ultratron-5.1 take over Missouri Valley Wrestling.”

No word on the whereabouts of Dawn McGill who was last seen trapped back in 1946 Scotland.

MATCH #4-Truckin’ Average Company: Brad Company/Ken Worth-American Trucker defeated Rough Justice: D.B. Ruff/Connor Justice- Worth pinned Justice with the Jake Brake.
-Good win for the TAC.

MATCH #5-Backman Taylor Powerdrive: Charlene Backman/Brianna Taylor defeated ‘Former’s Hooter’s Waitress’ C.J. Lewis and ‘Queen Cool’ Leah Iris- Taylor pinned Iris after hitting the Sledgehammer.
-BTP with another win following their big victory in the three-way match at American Heartland.

Post-match, The Hanson Sisters attacked BTP.

MATCH #6-The Southern Boys: ‘Dastardly’ Dave Miller/’Dangerous’ Dan Williams defeated Beer Bellied Softball Playing Ninja: Hank and Tiny- Williams submitted Hank with the Devils Triangle.
-No mention of the SEC. Miller and Williams were billed as the Southern Boys.

MATCH #7/HEARTLAND TITLE #1 CONTENDER’S MATCH-‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ Ultratron-5.1 defeated ‘Cowboy’ Dan Butler of the Texas Strangers with the Disintegrator.
-If there was any concern about how Ultratron-5.1 would react after the debacle at American Heartland, they were answered last night.

MATCH #8-‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson defeated Average Joe of Truckin’ Average Company with the Powerbomb.
-Dickinson also billed himself as being one of the Southern Boys.

MATCH #9/NON-TITLE MATCH: Tag Team Champions Corporate World Inc.: Kirk Walstreit/P.M.C. Banks defeated Rah and ‘Red Solo Cup’ Ray McAvay- Walstreit pinned McAvay after hitting the Stock Market Plunge.
-The Southern Boys came out for a brief staredown following the match.

MATCH #10/NON-TITLE MATCH: Women’s Champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens defeated ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin with the Toxic Sting
-Good win for the new women’s champion. Tessa Martin also getting herself back in match shape.

Post-Match: Yosemite Samantha came out and cut a promo announcing she’s back and she’s gunning for the Women’s title.

MAIN EVENT/NON-TITLE MATCH: MVW Champion Charlie Blackwell defeated ‘Starz N. Stripes’ Kevin Scott with the Katahajime.
-Final match a good one as Scott came out to prove he still belonged in the title picture.
