Taped at MVW’s House Show Last Night in Aurora, Illinois

Announcers: Thunderbolt Smith and ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall
Backstage Interviewers: Delaney Foster and Kirsten Canfield

===============================

Thunderbolt Smith and Rick Hall stand in the middle of the ring in Aurora, Illinois.

Thunderbolt Smith: Good evening everyone. Thunderbolt Smith with you here at the Thornton Gymnasium for a big night of wrestling action. With me as always is ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall.

Rick Hall: Hey everyone.

Thunderbolt Smith: Last week, Jill Berg announced the card for MVWA 91 and as you saw in the opening of the show, there was a few people who weren’t too happy about it.

Rick Hall: The SEC thing is sour grapes. But the Lani Harlots and Sheline Carrigans of the women’s division probably have some justification for feeling aggrieved by Jill’s decision to essentially re-run MVWA 90’s biggest matches again at 91.

Thunderbolt Smith: Here’s how it all went down last week.

LAST WEEK: Jill Berg Lays Down the Law

A camera crew from the Corporate Sports(entertainment) Programming Network films the meeting- CSPN is the ‘exclusive’ media company of the SEC.

McMann is not very happy.

Mr. McMann: …the Sports Entertainment Coalition, the most prestigious faction in Missouri Valley Wrestling, is outraged at this ruling of yours. How can you justify booking a rematch for Lisa Barbosa-Stevens when she’s done nothing to deserve a rematch?

Jill Berg: First off, you can be as outraged as you want. My booking decision stands. Christa Carmondy will face Lisa Barbosa-Stevens again at MVWA 91.

McMann slams his hand on her desk.

Mr. McMann: It’s not right!

Which sticks under Jill’s craw.

Jill Berg: No. I’ll tell you what’s not right. What’s not right is having not one, not two, but THREE disqualifications in THREE major title matches at MVWA 90. Every single one of them have the SEC’s fingerprints all over it…that’s not going to fly. So I’m going to tell you what I’m decided to do. I’ve booked four matches for MVWA 91.

MVW TITLE MATCH:
Charlie Blackwell © vs. William Daniels Bryan

MVW WOMEN’S TITLE MATCH:
Christa Carmondy © vs. Lisa Barbosa-Stevens

MVW TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH:
The Sports Entertainment Coalition: ‘Dastardly’ Dave Miller and ‘Dangerous’ Dan Williams © vs. Corporate World, Inc.: Kirk Walstreit and P.M.C. Banks

SPECIAL ATTRACTION MATCH:
‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson of the SEC vs. ‘Red Solo Cup’ Ray McAvay

McMann does not like the booking.

Mr. McMann: That is not fair! You are screwing Bill Dickinson out of a title-

Jill Berg: No. I did not screw Bill Dickinson out of a title shot. The SEC screwed Bill Dickinson out of a title shot. The match is booked. You tell Dickinson that he’s to stay away from McAvay and I’ll inform Mr. McAvay that he’s to steer clear of Mr. Dickinson.

Berg’s eyes narrow and she makes a special emphasis on her next sentence.

Jill Berg: And if you guys pull the same *BLEEP* at MVWA 91 that you pulled at 90, then we’re going to do this all over again at the pay per view.

McMann dramatically shoots up to his feet.

Mr. McMann: This is outrageous!

Jill Berg: It’s whatever you want it to be. But it’s done.

McMann stiffens up and his hands clench.

Mr. McMann: GAH!

He turns and storms out.

Thunderbolt also adds the other two matches on the card.

SPECIAL ATTRACTION MATCH:
‘The One Man Hollywood A-List’ Stone Chism vs. ‘Starz N. Stripes’ Kevin Scott

SPECIAL ATTRACTION MATCH:
‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot vs. ‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan

Rick Hall: Thunderbolt, both matches feature contenders who are desperately waiting for their chance to go after the title. Harlot and Carrigan, as we’ve noted, are not happy about having to wait for their opportunity. Chism and Scott have been more understanding about the situation. They’ve been wrestling all over the Midwest the past month and next week’s match will settle their business once and for all.

Thunderbolt Smith: We’ve got three matches on tonight’s show. Two of them are number one contender’s matches.

Rick Hall: That’s right, Thunderbolt. The Women’s Tag Team match is going to be a fun one. Five-time Missouri Valley Wrestling Tag Team Champions Angels of Death will be facing off against the Hanson Sisters with the winner getting a title shot against the Missouri Valley Fight Club. The Hansons and AoD have had repeated skirmishes over the past few weeks. Tonight, one of these two teams will be earning themselves a title shot. And then there’s the Heartland title contender’s match…a three way dance with former Heartland Champion SNAFU, ‘Cowboy’ Dan Butler from the Texas Strangers, and Average Joe of Truckin’ Average Company. Winner will get a shot at the Heartland Champion Jack Frasier.

Thunderbolt Smith: And we’ll have our first match right after these messages.

Thunderbolt Smith: All right, we’re back. Kimber Marshall is in the ring for our first match and we’ll go there now.

MATCH ONE-Rough Justice: D.B. Ruff and Connor Justice vs. The French Connection: Jobber D’Hutt and obnoxious French sports talk host Dan LeBasterd
Kimber is in the ring and ready to roll.

Kimber Marshall: Ladies and gentlemen. Our first match tonight is a one fall…

Crowd: ONE fall.

Kimber Marshall: …with a fifteen minute time limit. Introducing first, already in the ring, the team of Jobber (Joe-bare) D’Hutt and obnoxious French sports talk host Dan LeBasterd- The French Connection!

French ConnectionThe French Connection: Jobber D’Hutt and obnoxious French sports talk host Dan LeBasterd

The French Connection get a lukewarm reaction from the MVW fans.

Kimber Marshall: And their opponent.

*”Rough Justice”-Rolling Stones*

Lt. Katrina Atcheson of the Kansas Highway Patrol leads out D.B. Ruff and Connor Justice aka Rough Justice.

Ruff and Justice look menacingly over at the French Connection.

Thunderbolt Smith: This is our first look at both teams. Rough Justice is trying to get themselves into title contention.

Rick Hall: They’ll need to get past Jobber D’ Hutt and Dan LeBasterd here tonight. D’Hutt is a weird wrestler. He basically has forty-five seconds to a minute to defeat his opponent or else he runs out of gas. And LeBasterd is basically a giant gas bag.

Thunderbolt Smith: Davey Keels is your referee and the match is underway.

What Happened?
LeBasterd came out and engaged in vigorous debate with referee Davey Keels- in French, while Ruff waited in the corner. Keels couldn’t understand what he was saying. The crowd wondered what hot take LeBasterd was talking about. But no one knew because- he was speaking French.

Finally, LeBasterd tagged in D’Hutt and the match was on. D’Hutt brought the thunder and Ruff tried everything he could to stay away from him. But once the forty-five seconds was up, D’Hutt’s activity decreased dramatically and Rough Justice took control of the match.

Turning Point?
LeBasterd got into another full-blown argument with Keels. Keels spread his arms wide to signal he had no frickin’ clue what LeBasterd was arguing about. Meanwhile, Lt. Atcheson snuck in and tasered D’Hutt.

Finisher?
The taser did the job. And so does D’Hutt. Justice hooked the legs and secured the pinfall.

WINNER: Rough Justice @ 4:06

Thunderbolt Smith: Rough Justice gets the win.

Rick Hall: And Dan LeBasterd is still arguing with the referee in French. Keels has no clue what he’s talking about.

Thunderbolt Smith: Let’s go to Delaney Foster who’s got Corporate World, Inc. with her.

Guyko nearly knocks the rookie interviewer out of the way and grabs the microphone from her hand.

Delaney Foster: Hey!

Gordon Guyko: You know, I was going to let you interview us to help you get a little more experience at doing this because- well, you need it, but I’ve changed my mind.  Ladies and gentlemen of Springfield, Missouri. I can’t wait to get to the JQH Arena next Saturday night to see Banks and Walstreit beat the hell out of Dave Miller and Dan Williams next week at MVWA 91.  You are going to witness- and I can’t wait to see- Banks and Walstreit prove what a colossal mistake the so called ‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Mr. McMann and the SEC made in pushing them out.

Banks and Walstreit both nod their heads.

Gordon Guyko: We’re going to put an end to the redneck revolution forced upon the tag team division by Mr. McMann and the SEC. We’re going to have champions that people can aspire to be like. And that’s P.M.C. Banks and Kirk Walstreit. Remember kiddies, greed is good. Greed is really, really good.

Guyko hands the microphone back to Delaney and the CWI bail.

A disgruntled Delaney Foster faces the camera.

Delaney Foster: Back to you Thunderbolt.

She then turns towards the exiting Guyko and the others.

Delaney Foster: *BLEEP*-holes.

Cut back to the broadcast desk.

Thunderbolt Smith: That was probably uncalled for.

Rick Hall: On both ends.

Thunderbolt Smith: Our other brand new backstage interviewer had a chance to talk with Lisa Barbosa-Stevens about her match with Women’s Champion Christa Carmondy.

Kirsten Canfield: Lisa, you pushed the tempo of the match and took the battle to Christa Carmondy. You really gave her trouble. What’s the game plan for next week? More of the same?

Lisa Barbosa-Stevens: Um…we’ll see. I’m more concerned about what kind of bull-*BLEEP* the SEC is going to pull to keep me from winning the match. Mr. McMann sent the cavalry in at MVWA 90 when it was apparent that Christa was going to lose.

Kirsten Canfield: So, you expect the SEC will use the Hanson Sisters at some point in the match.

Lisa Barbosa-Stevens: They’ll probably try to pull something. I just have to hope that Bo and George can snuff out any trouble so I can pin Christa Carmondy in the ring and win the Women’s title.

Kirsten Canfield: Okay Lisa. Thanks for your time.

Cut back to the broadcast desk.

Thunderbolt Smith: Well, two people who aren’t happy about the rematch between Carmondy and Barbosa-Stevens at MVWA 91 are ‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot and ‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan. Let’s go back to last week to see what they said about the match.

REPLAY: Last Week’s Sunday Night Wrestling re: Sheline Carrigan interview

Flack climbs into the ring to join Carrigan.

E.J. Flack: I’m not one to complain…usually. But, it seems to me Lisa Barbosa-Stevens is getting preferential treatment in automatically getting a rematch with Christa Carmondy for the Women’s title at MVWA 91. But that’s okay. Sometimes in life, you have to face the big monster thingy. Sometimes in life, you have to take on something that’s bigger than you even if its huge tusks can shred you to bits in seconds…even if its jagged teeth can tear through you like a hot knife through warm butter. Sometimes when you’re climbing life’s mountain and come up against insurmountable odds, you have to…

Flack pauses for dramatic effect.

E.J. Flack: …Narfle the Garthok! Sheline Carrigan will do whatever it takes to get back to the top. We’ll wait our turn for now. But let me be clear. Carrigan’s coming for the Women’s title…sooner or later.

REPLAY: Last Week’s Sunday Night Wrestling re: Lani Harlot interview

Canfield has the Queen of the Trailer Park Lani Harlot with her.

Kirsten Canfield: Lani. You heard Sheline Carrigan’s comments at the beginning of the show about Jill Berg ordering a rematch between Christa Carmondy and Lisa Barbosa-Stevens at MVWA 91. How do you feel about it?

Lani Harlot: They threw us a bone. Whoop-di-*BLEEP*-ing-do. Meanwhile, Miss ‘I just walked back into MVW and get moved to the head of the line’ gets another title shot. You can dress it up as much as you want-it’s still a pig. It sucks and that’s all I’ve got to say about it.

Thunderbolt Smith: We’ll be back with more action right after these messages.

Thunderbolt Smith: This is going to be a war.

Rick Hall: The Hanson Sisters have pissed off a lot of people in the short time they’ve been here in Missouri Valley Wrestling and-

Thunderbolt Smith: HERE WE GO! THEY AREN’T WAITING FOR THE BELL!

What Happened?
Both teams immediately engaged and referee Brent Payson knew right away he was going to have his hands full. The Hanson Sisters are still green and rough around the edges. Angels of Death isn’t afraid to mix it up with any team. Payson gave both teams a little leeway when it came to starting a count when all four women were in the ring at the same time. The only time he held the line was when Charissa Hanson tried to interject herself into the match- that time, Payson made the count and forced Charissa back through the ropes.

Casey and Scott leveraged their experience to negate the Hanson girls energy and uber aggressive tactics.

The Hansons pushed the envelope with the rules. Charissa grabbed Casey’s leg as she ran the ropes and that allowed Andrea and Melissa to hit a nasty doubleteam move on her. Melissa whipped Casey towards the center of the ring where she ran right into the hockey stick being wielded by Andrea. That spins her 180 degrees right into a second hockey stick shot- this one by Melissa that opened up a nasty cut over Casey’s right eye. Andrea hit a lungblower- Melissa followed with a belly to back suplex for the pinfall. Andrea flips over and tries to pin Casey’s legs to the mat. Angel Scott made the last ditch save.

Turning Point?
The Women’s Tag Team Champions The Missouri Valley Fight Club (Harley Davisson and Carrieanne McDermott) came to ringside and became fed up with the Hansons hijinks. Davisson and McDermott walked over to where Charissa Hanson was standing on the ring apron and pulled her down to the floor. The MVFC then launched her into the steel barricade and stomped away on the third Hanson sister.

Finisher?
Distracted by the MVFC abrupt removal of their sister from the ring apron, Angel Scott took full advantage of the situation by dumping Melissa Hanson over the top rope while Angel Casey hit a hurricanrana on Andrea. Casey and Scott then put Andrea away with the Angel Death Drop for the win AND Women’s Tag Team Title shot.

WINNER AND NEW #1 CONTENDER: Angels of Death @ 14:43 (edited to 7:30 for television)

Thunderbolt Smith: Angels of Death defeat the Hanson Sisters in a wild match and they have earned themselves a title shot against the Missouri Valley Fight Club!

Rick Hall: I’m wondering if the MVFC may come to regret helping the AoD win the match. The Hansons are still on a steep learning curve and may have been an easier team to defeat.

Thunderbolt Smith: I thought the Hansons did well here but the Angels experience paid off in the end.

Rick Hall: One person I know will not be happy with this result- Mr. McMann.

Thunderbolt Smith: And he’s in the ring now.

MR. McMANN/SEC PROMO
McMann has a microphone. He’s backed by all of the SEC.

Mr. McMann: What the hell was that? Does this mean the Missouri Valley Fight Club gets to choose their opponents?

At ringside, both Davisson and McDermott shrug.

Mr. McMann: This is not right. But in a MVW where Jill Berg basically calls a do-over and rebooks the same three title matches for a second straight MVWA show, I guess that’s standard operating procedure. Get ready for a rerun at MVWA 91 people of Springfield, Missouri.

McMann shakes his head and hands the microphone off to MVW Women’s Champion Christa Carmondy.

Christa Carmondy: I thought the Women’s division was stronger than ever. But jeez, I heard two women whining up a storm earlier in the night and the number one contender has to hide behind two men. I don’t think I have anything to worry about. The SEC is the number one faction in Missouri Valley Wrestling and Lisa Barbosa-Stevens can’t beat me.

Christa hands the microphone off to the MVW Tag Team Champions: ‘Dastardly’ Dave Miller and ‘Dangerous’ Dan Williams.

Your guys couldn’t get the job done when they were in the SEC. They sure as hell ain’t going to get the job done now that they’ve been kicked out of the SEC.

Dan Williams: Banks. Walstreit. You *BLEEP*’s are out of your *BLEEP*-ing element.

Behind them, Mr. McMann cringes at the language.

Dan Williams: We’re gonna send you back to your *BLEEP*-ing corporate offices with an extra special ass-kicking. *BLEEP* you!

McMann braces himself for more profanity when ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson takes the microphone.

But the ‘330 pound Southern Brawler’ just shakes his head and drops the mic on the mat.   McMann appears relieved as we go to break.

Kirsten Canfield: Charlie, do you have any last words on your upcoming rematch next week against William Daniels Bryan?

Charlie Blackwell: Hi Kirsten. No, not really. I’m just hoping that when we get to the JQH Arena in Springfield, Missouri for MVWA 91, the SEC keeps their hands off the match so Bryan and I can have a great battle and we can settle this once and for all.

Kirsten Canfield: Two weeks ago you said you thought WDB needed a little more time to get back to one hundred percent match shape.

Charlie Blackwell: Yes I did.

Kirsten Canfield: And once he did you believed both of you would put on a match for the ages. Do you still believe that?

Charlie Blackwell: Sure.

Kirsten Canfield: Why is that?

Charlie Blackwell: Well? He’ll be one month further in his recovery- so we’ll see. Look, WDB is a professional. He’ll come out and be ready to go. I’ll come out and I’ll be ready to go. I’m not ready to drop this title belt quite yet. So we’ll see happens. I think it’ll be a hell of a match…if the SEC stays out of it.

Delaney Foster: Last question. You still don’t want to comment on Blackwell’s apology.

Bryan does ponder the question.

William Daniels Bryan: Nope.

And Bryan takes his leave.

Thunderbolt Smith: ‘Cowboy’ Dan Butler versus Average Joe versus SNAFU. Winner gets a Heartland title shot against Jack Frasier.

Rick Hall: Both SNAFU and Butler are former MVW Heartland champions.

Thunderbolt Smith: Average Joe I believe has also held a title at some point of his career.

Rick Hall: I think you’re correct. Either way, this should be interesting.

Thunderbolt Smith: Three men enter. One man will become the number one contender for the Heartland Title. Davey Keels is the referee…

*DING-DING*

Thunderbolt Smith: …and we are under way.

What Happened?
The match started slow. Each man took his sweet time deciding to make the first move. In the end, Butler struck first with a nasty Texas Lariat and the pace picked up from there.

Turning Point?
With Butler nursing his wounds in the opposite corner, Average Joe prepared to slingshot over the top rope from the ring apron onto a downed SNAFU. Dawn McGill ran down with a Singapore cane and grabbed Average Joe’s leg with her free hand. She caused Average Joe to lose his balance and he dropped from the apron smacking his head on the edge.

‘The New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine’ Ultratron-5.1 then swooped in. He lifted Average Joe up and hit the Disintegrator (modified F-5) on the floor.   McGill then whacked him with the Singapore cane and busted him wide open.

Before SNAFU could react, Ultratron-5.1 pulled him out of the ring and hit another Disintegrator on the floor.

Coach E.J. Flack tried to assist. McGill turned her Singapore cane on Flack and sent him reeling into the steel barricade.

‘Cowboy’ Dan Butler tried to catch Ultratron-5.1 by surprise by climbing onto the turnbuckle and dropping a flying elbow. McGill saw him and whacked him in the forehead with the Singapore cane and busted open a gusher on Butler’s forehead.

Ultratron-5.1 then hit Butler with the Disintegrator.

McGill took the microphone from Kimber Marshall.

Dawn McGill (cold and emotionless): I must help Ultratron-5.1 take over Missouri Valley Wrestling.

Thunderbolt Smith: Ultratron-5.1 standing tall here. He has sent a message that he intends to take over MVW and the Heartland Title is his first objective.

Rick Hall: It helps that he has Dawn McGill under his power to help him with his nefarious plan.

Thunderbolt Smith: Can anyone stop him? Next week, it’s MVWA 91 from Springfield, Missouri. Let’s run down the card one more time.
