MVW SUNDAY NIGHT WRESTLING PREVIEW
Last Week at MVWA 79:
Weapons of Mass Destruction: A. Tom Bomb and Hy Drogen Bomb with Daisy Cutter-Bomb destroyed the team of Farmer John and the New Age Cybertronic Criminally Insane Rogue Sentient Robot Wrestling Machine Ultratron-Five with a clear eye on their upcoming match at MVWA 80 for the MVW Tag Team Title.
‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin defeated her old PCW rival Kathryn Randall Collins in an epic twenty plus minute match.
Bo Stevens earned himself another Television title shot with a win over ‘Cowboy’ Dan Butler and SNAFU with Coach E.J. Flack.
The Hanson Sisters: Andrea and Melissa Hanson with Charissa Hanson vs. ‘Young Hollywood’ Miley Vyrus and ‘Country…er…Pop Songstress’ Taylor Switt goes to a double count-out in a grudge match that spent a whole thirty seconds inside the ring.
Tag Team Champions The Sports Entertainment Corporation: P.M.C. Banks and ‘Canadian Bad Boy’ Justin Beaver held off the former champions Island of Misfit Wrestlers: Rah and ‘Luchador with Insanely Poor Oral Hygiene’ Halitosis with Regina McGill to retain the title. Regina almost pushed Rah and Halitosis over the top. The SEC took the best that the Island of Misfit Wrestlers had and still managed to come away with the win. Now, they turn their attention to their upcoming title defense against Weapons of Mass Destruction who they will face on December 16th at MVWA 80.
Women’s Champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens of the SEC defeated a less than 100% Yosemite Samantha with the Ankle Lock in a match where the Hanson Sisters and Vyrus and Switt continued their heated battle from earlier in the night. After the match, Regina McGill and Tessa Martin hit the ring when Barbosa-Stevens refuses to release the Ankle Lock.
Men’s Champion ‘Tin Cup’ Ray McAvay defeated Charlie Blackwell for the third consecutive match. ‘Divalicious’ Dawn McGill booted McAvay in the balls and it looked like Blackwell was going to win. But when Blackwell went for the cover, the referee was otherwise distracted by McGill who had ref Davey Keels in a full lip lock. Blackwell confronted McGill…McGill kicked him in the balls…followed with a DDT…and dragged McAvay over for the pinfall.
After the match, ‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Mr. McMann shouts at Dawn…Dawn brings him into the ring the hard way and then locks in the Testicular Claw. Finally MVW CEO Jill Berg comes to the ring and asks Dawn what she wants. McGill tells her she wants her release. Berg grants the request.
This Week on MVW Sunday Night Wrestling:
‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall confirmed that Dawn McGill did check into a Dallas facility to deal with a drinking problem. MVW CEO Jill Berg released a statement thanking Dawn for everything she’s done for Missouri Valley Wrestling and wishing her all the best. Now, MVW moves forward.
No television taping for the next two week of shows, the shows will be put together using footage from the Friday and Saturday night house shows.
What we do know is Charlie Blackwell was furious when he left the Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City last Saturday night and will come to the ring and address what happened in the match.
The SEC: Women’s Champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens, ‘Young Hollywood’s’ Miley Vyrus, and ‘Country…er…Pop Songstress’ Taylor Switt will face off against the Hanson Sisters: Andrea, Charissa, and Melissa in a six woman tag match.
Men’s Champion ‘Tin Cup’ Ray McAvay will meet a yet, unnamed opponent in the main event.
