9/28 – Missouri Valley Wrestling’s MVWA 77 Preview

Last week on MVW Sunday Night Wrestling:

Couch Potato and the Monongahelian Stomper were scheduled to wrestle in the opening match. But ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson, still steaming mad about his Television title shot truncated down to a five minute limit the week before, attacked the Stomper during the introductions.  Then TV Champion ‘Cowboy’ Dan Butler, whom Dickinson brawled with all weekend long at house shows, came out and went at it with Dickinson.  This brought MVW CEO Jill Berg out to put a stop to the shenanigans.  Berg apologized to Dickinson and booked a TV match right then and there.

Dickinson defeated Butler in a wild match to win the Television Title.

After receiving a generous check from Corporate Sports (Entertainment) Progamming Nation CEO Mark Splitter, ‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Mr. McMann announced who would be teaming up with P.M.C. Banks at MVWA 77 against Tag Team Champions Island of Misfit Wrestlers (Rah and Halitosis with ‘Sinfully Delicious’ Dawn McGill)- 4CW and newly signed to Defiance Wrestling Scott Stevens.

Rough Justice (D.B. Ruff and Connor Justice- two former police officers fired for their extreme methods of law enforcement) ran down and attacked Rah and Halitosis. Stevens then got involved and delivered Toxic Stings to both before turning his attention to McGill.  Banks pushed McGill into Stevens- Stevens nailed her with the Scorpion Death Drop and then put her through a table.

Then the Kardoucheians got into the act. Since Dawn McGill was not available, the Hollywood stars went after the next best thing- her younger sister (and former SEC member) Regina.  Ken and Koley Kardoucheian take Regina out with a Star-Crossed Stunner.

Charlie Blackwell told Blair Moise that since Ray McAvay divorced Dawn McGill, he has no right to come to her aid. Blackwell warns McAvay to stay away from her.

Blair then interviewed Bo Stevens who talked about BO-lief- Ted Tebow loved it so much he Tebowed…over and over and over.

Lisa Barbosa-Stevens stunned everyone by joining the SEC after she became the Women’s title number one contender by defeating ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin via count-out.

This week: MVWA 77 at the Joseph J. Gentile Arena in Chicago, IL

The Bro-Slam Network will be airing Missouri Valley Wrestling’s MVWA 77 Saturday night.

Ninja Kitty vs. ‘Queen Cool’ Leah Iris
-Two of Missouri Valley Wrestling’s most exciting wrestlers will kick off the show.  Ninja Kitty’s ultra-fast moves versus Leah’s guile and the ability to drop the Pittsburgh Plunge at the drop of a hat.

Bo Stevens vs. ‘No Frills’ Chris Escondido
-Bo will come to the ring with plenty of ‘BO-lief’ in himself.  But at MVWA 77, Stevens finds himself in the ring with an experienced veteran in Escondido who’s more than comfortable in dealing with the big moment.

The Beer Bellied Softball Playing Ninja (Hank and Tiny with Stan and April O’Neale) and ‘Cowboy’ Dan Butler vs. The Kardoucheians (Ken, Koley, and Khourtney with Khris) vs. Weapons of Mass Destruction (A. Tom Bomb and Hy Drogen Bomb with Daisy Cutter-Bomb) and ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson
-This should be pure chaos.  The BBSPN.  The WMD.  Butler and Dickinson in the same vicinity.  The question will be how will the Kardoucheians handle themselves.

Yosemite Samantha vs. ‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot vs. Kathryn Randall Collins
-The up and coming Samantha faces the in-form and hard-charging Harlot and the wily veteran KRC.

The Island of Misfit Wrestlers (Rah and Halitosis with Dawn McGill) © vs. The SEC (‘The Scorpion’ Scott Stevens and P.M.C. Banks)
-Dawn McGill has done miracle work in forging Rah and Halitosis into a tag team.  The SEC splashed the cash and brought in Scott Stevens for one night with one objective- bring the tag belts to the SEC.  Can McGill find a way?  Or will the SEC pick up their first gold?

Christa Carmondy © vs. Lisa Barbosa-Stevens with the SEC
-At MVWA 76, Christa Carmondy finally broke through and won the MVW Women’s title.  Now, Lisa Barbosa-Stevens, herself oh so close to winning the big belt, finds herself in a similar situation.  Stevens has the SEC in her corner now and the SEC would like nothing more than to dethrone Carmondy after she spurned them not one but twice.

‘Tin Cup’ Ray McAvay © vs. ‘Charlie Wrestling’ Charlie Blackwell with the SEC
-former friends turned adversaries face off.  Blackwell took the cash and joined up with the SEC.  McAvay remained true to his beliefs and remained with the Les Miserables.  McAvay looks to remain at the top of the mountain.  Blackwell has yet to have won a big title.  Is this the night he finally reaches the pinnacle?
