Dawn McGill, Mr. McMann Suspended Indefinitely/Missouri Valley Wrestling House Show Review- April 25th

This Week’s Missouri Valley Wrestling House Show Review- April 25th

The Resistance Rises
The Resistance (Poison Penny, Carrieanne McDermott, Harley Davisson, Angel Scott, and Angel Casey) emerged to fight back against the Sports Entertainment Consortium’s (‘Texas Cowgirl’ Haley Dallas, Daisy Cutter-Bomb, Prisoner #034291, Brandi and Wendi Bayless) domination of MVW.

The highlight of their weekend was the attack on the SEC’s new mouthpiece, Phil Finebaum, at the Sunday show where the Resistance hit him with all of their finishers. ‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Mr. McMann came out to give the Resistance ‘what they wanted’ and booked a match for the Resistance against him in a handicap match. But at the last moment, McMann switched it up and put embattled MVW Executive Director Dawn McGill into the match- which ended badly for her when she took all off their finishers.

The SEC vs. Kari Ferguson
Continuing Mr. McMann’s vendetta against Kari Ferguson, the SEC continued to target the former member and used Dr. Emma Vandenberg, the showroom hypnotist who normally plied her trade at bars, clubs, and state fairs, and last seen at MVWA 69, to get at her. Dr. Vandenberg ‘hypnotized’ Ferguson twice over the weekend during her matches and made her choke herself out.

The SEC vs. MVW Champion Sheline Carrigan
The SEC also took out the champion and her manager/advocate Jill Berg at Saturday’s show after Berg rebuffed ‘Texas Cowgirl’ Haley Dallas’s demand that she get a title shot at MVWA 71 the night before.

Christa Carmondy- Main Street USA
Christa Carmondy highlighted a quiet weekend for Main Street USA with a nice win over ‘Queen Cool’ Leah Iris. The group has found itself shunted off to the side for the moment as the Resistance emerges as the top challenger to the SEC- much to the frustration of Carmondy. Christa wants a title shot against Sheline Carrigan but keeps running into road blocks.

Perrin vs. Harlot
Newcomer ‘The Argenta Rose’ Eva Perrin and ‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot skirmished over the weekend about who is the true ‘queen of the trailer park.’

Dawn McGill’s Troubles
Last, but definitely not least, Executive Director Dawn McGill had probably the worst week of all. It started off being ‘escorted’ to all three weekend shows by Mr. McMann’s paid security guards and as noted earlier, McGill saw herself on the wrong end of a five versus one handicap match against the Resistance last Sunday.

Rumors circulated all day Friday backstage at the Nebraska City house show that the Missouri Valley Wrestling Board of Directors were considering calling an EGM (Emergency General Meeting) to address the ongoing issue with her and Mr. McMann and discuss whether changes need to be made.

Wednesday April 20th – Special MVW Appearance at St. Louis, MO

Once again, Disco Loving, Jet Setting International Playboy from the East, Sheik Yorbouti, oversaw the shows featuring the younger wrestlers at The Post Sports Bar and Grill in suburban St. Louis.

Match Results:
Bethany Stewart defeated Tori Thomas and Shelley Briscoe
Housewives of Chaos (Stacey Martin/Betsy Parker) defeat Paige Powers/Mitzi Meyers
Gina Glitter (formerly the GWO’s Code Pink) defeated Janice Henry
MAIN EVENT: ‘The Argenta Rose’ Eva Perrin with Colonel John Perrin defeated C.J. Lewis

Friday April 22nd – MVW House Show at Nebraska City, NE

A grand procession spearheaded by hired guns Bo Stevens and Timothy Allen Tebow (no…not THAT one) escorted a very pleased ‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Mr. McMann to the ring to start the show. If anyone had any thought that McMann would have any misgivings or regrets over the disclosure of the photos, your answer would come very quickly. Strutting down to the ring, McMann not only reveled in the moment, he gave off the air of a conquering hero. The crowd reaction was mixed. Terry from Ada, Oklahoma, the MVW Supporter’s Trust Board Fan’s Representative and general supporter of Mr. McMann, and his group stood and gave him a standing ovation.

McMann took the microphone with a huge smarmy, shit eating grin and then asked the crowd if they’ve seen any good video lately. Again, the response was mixed from the crowd. He continued on and asked if anyone remember when he had a meeting of the minds with Dawn and his view prevailed?

McMann: “Well, she saw the light all right and I got to see a whole lot more. And after that night after Arch Wrestling Madness, Dawn understood the ‘benefits’ of listening to my vision for MVW- if you know what I mean.”

McMann smirked and kept going. He added that when he has the right ‘information’ in his hands he is very persuasive. McMann then added that this proves beyond any shadow of a doubt that “if Mr. McMann scores…we all score!”

That was the final straw. Dawn raced out from the back and the crowd roared when she literally jumped into the ring. Tebow moved to cut her off. He tripped as he passed by Bo Stevens and fell allowing McGill to pass by both without opposition. She leaped and connected with a flying lariat to McMann in the corner. After the Sports Entertainment Genius fell to the mat, McGill knelt down and unloaded a series of lefts and rights on him. However, all five members of the SEC came to the rescue and pulled McGill off him. ‘Texas Cowgirl’ Haley Dallas nailed her with the Texas Lariat with such force that when Dawn’s head and shoulders hit the mat, her body kept going over and she landed on her face. Prisoner #034291 then dragged her up, put two hands around her throat, lifted, and drove her back to the mat with a two handed choke slam. Then Daisy Cutter-Bomb pulled her up and Daisy Cutter Powerbombed her right back down with enough power that she bounced a good two feet into the air before falling back to the mat. Again, Prisoner #034291 lifted a now out of it McGill off the mat and stood her up. Wendi Bayless went low. Brandi Bayless snapped around and finished the Total Makeover on Dawn.

With McGill face first on the mat unconscious, McMann directed Prisoner #034291 to take her to the back.

Finally, security, Dawn’s sister Regina McGill, and good friend ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin came down to the ring but was too late.

Match Results:
**Bethany Stewart defeated Andrea Allen with a school girl roll up.

**Kari Ferguson vs. Paige Powers- no contest

-again, the SEC sends out Dr. Emma Vandenberg, the showroom hypnotist who normally plied her trade at bars, clubs, and state fairs to interfere in Ferguson’s match. This time, Disco Loving, Jet Setting International Playboy from the East, Sheik Yorbouti with Adrienne Banks, ‘High Flying Intercontinental Flight Attendant’ Amie Velasco, Hannah and Katie Lancer make the save. But then, the SEC ran down and took out the rookies and the Resistance appeared out of the blue and they chase the SEC to the back.

-backstage, the decision is made to substitute Gina Glitter for Kari Ferguson.

**”Gina Glitter (former the GWO’s Code Pink) defeated Paige Powers with the Glitter Bomb

**Regina McGill of Main Street USA defeated Desiree Davis with a Hangman’s Neckbreaker.

-post match, Regina took the microphone and let it be known she’s pissed that no one came to Dawn’s aid. After everything she’s done to help the wrestlers, especially the rookies and inexperienced wrestlers, Regina thought it sucked that when Dawn reached her hour of need that people turned their back on her.

That brought out Poison Penny of the The Resistance who herself was still very upset over what went down at Arch Wrestling Madness (Dawn added the SEC’s ‘Texas Cowgirl’ Haley Dallas to the MVW title match instead of her). She told Regina: “Dawn’s the one who slept with the creepy, slimy guy and did his sleazy bidding and kept me out of the title match. Paybacks are a bitch.”

Regina asserted she believed the photos were staged by Mr. McMann who took advantage of Dawn in a weak state of mind over her marriage trouble and nothing actually happened between the two. Penny demanded to see proof. Regina claimed someone close to McMann knows the truth but is afraid to step forward.

**The Korver Sisters (Kelly and Korey) defeated Housewives of Chaos (Stacey Martin/Betsy Parker)

-post match, Kelly and Korey told the Nebraska City MVW fans they’re glad to be back. Korey stated they’re ready to make it three time tag team champions and stake a claim for a title shot at MVWA 71.

This brings out the SEC’s official mouthpiece, Phil Feinbaum, accompanied by the SEC. Feinbaum poo-pooed the Korver’s claim and stated that they caught Housewives of Chaos on a bad night. Kelly pointed out that this is the second time in a row they’ve defeated the HoC. Feinbaum dismissed Kelly’s fact as irrelevant and moved on to Regina McGill’s claim that Mr. McMann ‘staged’ the photos that showed up on Jason Whatley’s wrestling site. Feinbaum gave Regina credit for sticking up for her sister under difficult circumstances even when the evidence presented is very compelling. Feinbaum said every picture tells a story and the story being told in the photos is one of Dawn McGill finally accepting her limitations and lack of vision as a leader and booker of MVW. What the pictures show is after months of fighting Mr. McMann, Dawn has finally given to his immense genius and is releasing all that pent up energy by celebrating with him. Feinbaum added that instead of coming out here and attacking him, Dawn should be on her hands and knees thanking him…which reportedly she-

-Feinbaum doesn’t finish the sentence as Regina McGill and Tessa Martin shot from the back again and hit the ring, this time joined by the rest of her Main Street USA compadres: Christa Carmondy, C.J. Lewis, and Kirsten Canfield. Feinbaum, mindful of the ass-kicking he received at the hands of the Resistance last week, took cover behind Prisoner #034291. He became even more mindful when the Resistance decloaked from the crowd and crashed the ring. The SEC wisely drug Feinbaum out with them and made their way to the back.

This took us to the business end of the show.

**#1 CONTENDER’S MATCH/TELEVISION TITLE: ‘Queen Cool’ Leah Iris defeated ‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot (w/the White Trash Posse- Shayne/Jaxson/Bobby Rickie) with the Pittsburgh Plunge- Harlot became distracted when ‘The Argenta Rose’ Eva Perrin and her husband Colonel John Perrin came to ringside and stared at her. The White Trash Posse skirmished with Perrin’s decamisados, and Iris slipped in and hit the Pittsburgh Plunge for the win.

**HEARTLAND TITLE MATCH: Ninja Kitty © defeated Katie Lancer with the Pounce to retain the title

**MAIN EVENT: MVW Champion Sheline Carrigan/Kathryn Randall Collins defeat Anna Conda/Lt. Katrina Atcheson- Carrigan pinned Atcheson after hitting the Canadian Destroyer

Saturday April 23rd – MVW House Show at Kearney, NE

Before the show, an emergency meeting between Dawn McGill and the Missouri Valley Wrestling Supporter’s Trust Board (which also includes McGill and Mr. McMann) took place. During the brief twenty minute meeting backstage at the Viaero Event Center, McGill and Mr. McMann both gave their sides concerning the incident. They were then both excused and the other three board members discussed further. The board decided to send McGill home and suspend her indefinitely which sent shockwaves through the backstage area.

A full house showed up at the Viaero Event Center for the show.

Match Results:
**Shelley Briscoe defeated Tori Thomas with a power slam.

**Bethany Stewart defeated Gwen Varney with a schoolgirl roll up.

-the ‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Mr. McMann, his spokesman Phil Feinbaum, hired guns Bo Stevens and Timothy Allen Tebow, and the rest of the SEC came to the ring in a downright celebratory mood. McMann crowed that ‘ding dong, the adulteress is gone.’ McMann also said he had grand plans for MVW now that McGill was out of the picture and crowed that he was very close to signing another member to the SEC stable. However, Board of Director Jason Carmondy interrupted him telling the Sports Entertainment Genius “Not so fast.”

-Carmondy came to the ring and told McMann that he was not booking the show tonight. He told the fans that he takes part of the blame for what happened. Carmondy explained that Dawn should have taken the full three months off and came back because she felt obligated to when he had recurring issues with Mr. McMann. Before the meeting with the board earlier in the day, McGill had set up three number one contender’s match and a Television Title Match on the docket for Saturday night’s show. Carmondy said he was following McGill’s plans for the night. Dawn had planned to ban the SEC from ringside for Kari Ferguson’s match after the group repeated interfered in her matches- Carmondy also agreed with her idea. Not pleased at the development, McMann fumed as he stomped to the back.

**#1 CONTENDER’S MATCH-HEARTLAND TITLE: Kari Ferguson defeated Lt. Katrina Atcheson of the Kansas Highway Patrol and the SEC’s Prisoner #034291- Ferguson submitted Lt. Atcheson with the Crossface Chickenwing after the pair double teamed Prisoner #034291 and took her out of the match.

-post match, the SEC came out and surrounded the ring. Mr. McMann told Ferguson she should be nervous. He conquered Dawn McGill, in more ways than one, and the fact is that the SEC is stronger than ever. Even though Ferguson won, McMann is not happy that she got the title shot because Prisoner #034291 was bigger, stronger and better looking than she was.

Ferguson, backed by Sheik Yorbouti, called McMann an ass for trying to ruin Dawn’s career just like he tried to ruin hers. She gave McGill full credit for saving her MVW career, and told McMann at her lowest spot, “Unlike you, Dawn gave a damn about me and offered a helping hand.” Ferguson challenged the SEC to hit the ring, they did, and Adrienne Banks, ‘High Flying Intercontinental Flight Attendant’ Amie Velasco, and the Lancer Sisters attacked. They were supported by the Resistance who raced down to the ring from the crowd and we had a big brawl. The Resistance and Sheik Yorbouti’s group cleared the ring. McMann and Ferguson had a standoff.

**#1 CONTENDER’S MATCH-TAG TEAM TITLE: Missouri Valley Fight Club (Carrieanne McDermott/Harley Davisson) with the Resistance defeated The Korver Sisters (Kelly and Korey)- McDermott submitted Kelly Korver with the Indian Death Lock.

**Kirsten Canfield of Main Street USA defeated ‘The Argenta Rose’ Eva Perrin with Colonel John Perrin with the Wheatshocker Deluxe

-‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot and the White Trash Posse paid Perrin back for distracting her Friday night and costing her the match with Leah Iris but coming out and doing the exact same thing.   The White Trash Posse brawled with Perrin’s descamisados which pulled Perrin’s attention away from the ring. Canfield took advantage to pull out her biggest win to date in MVW.

-Jason Carmondy walked out and told Harlot and Perrin that he’s noticed the discord brewing between the two over the past few weeks. Since they can’t stay away from each other, Carmondy booked them to a match at tomorrow night’s show in North Platte, Nebraska.

#1 CONTENDER’S MATCH-MVW TITLE: Main Street USA’s Christa Carmondy defeated Poison Penny of the Resistance and ‘Texas Cowgirl’ Haley Dallas- Poison Penny eliminated Dallas with the Poison Kiss. Carmondy won the match with the Mean Girl Crush on Penny.

-Christa is ecstatic after finally defeating Poison Penny clean. But she did not celebrate with her Main Street USA teammates.

MAIN EVENT/TELEVISION TITLE MATCH: ‘Queen Cool’ Leah Iris defeated the SEC’s Daisy Cutter-Bomb via DQ- DCB retained the TV title.

-a frustrated SEC poured into the ring and attacked Iris to cause the disqualification. This brought out Jason Carmondy once again. Carmondy booked another match for the Sunday North Platte, Nebraska show- a showcase match involving the Resistance versus Main Street USA versus the SEC. He added that Sunday night would be a zero tolerance Sunday for any shenanigans.

Sunday April 24th – MVW House Show at North Platte, NE

Poison Penny of the Resistance started the show off with a simple question: “Why was Dawn McGill suspended indefinitely for what happened in Rolla but not Mr. McMann?” Penny called Jason Carmondy out to the ring and wanted an answer. She termed it sexist that McGill was sent home but not Mr. McMann

Carmondy joined her in the ring and agreed with her. So right then and there, he suspended Mr. McMann indefinitely. McMann charged out from back like George Brett hauling ass towards the umpire after he’d been tossed out of the game for excessive pine tar. The rest of the SEC joined him and encircled Carmondy- who to his credit stood his ground. Security rolled in and Mr. McMann found himself escorted out of the building.

How would the SEC respond?

Match Results:
**THREE WAY FACTION ELIMINATION MATCH: The SEC (‘Texas Cowgirl’ Haley Dallas/TV Champion Daisy Cutter-Bomb/Prisoner #034291/Tag Team Champions Brandi and Wendi Bayless) defeat The Resistance (Poison Penny/Carrieanne McDermott/Harley Davisson/Angel Scott/Angel Casey) and Main Street USA (Christa Carmondy/’Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin/Regina McGill/C.J. Lewis/Kirsten Canfield) -Main Street USA eliminated first after a frustrated and disgusted Christa Carmondy walked out of the match. Then with help from McMann’s hired guns Bo Stevens and Timothy Allen Tebow who pushed Poison Penny off the top turnbuckle at the end as she was about to hit her Imploding Senton Bomb, the SEC eliminated the Resistance for the win at just over twenty-nine minutes to win the match.

-SEC spokesman Phil Feinbaum gloated at the results and called it proof that the Sports Entertainment Consortium was head over heels better than anyone else in Missouri Valley Wrestling. Feinbaum then termed Jason Carmondy’s decision to suspend Mr. McMann indefinitely an ‘abomination’ and added MVW would miss Mr. McMann more than it would miss Dawn McGill.   And with that, Feinbaum led the SEC to the back and they left the arena in protest.

**The Korver Sisters (Kelly and Korey) defeat Housewives of Chaos (Stacey Martin/Betsy Parker) and Backman Taylor Powerdrive (Charlene Backman/Brianna Taylor)- Korey pinned Parker after the Korver Krusher.

**Kathryn Randall Collins/Bethany Stewart/Paige Powers defeat Gwen and Blake Varney/Terry Sargent- KRC submitted Sargent with the Gogoplata.

**Lt. Katrina Atcheson defeated Gina Glitter with the C4

**’The Argenta Rose’ Eva Perrin with Colonel John Perrin defeated ‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot with the White Trash Posse with the Perrin Tap Out (modified White Trash Compactor)

-post match, the White Trash Posse (Shayne/Jaxson/Bobby Rickie) attacked Perrin and then Perrin’s descamisados joined in as well.

MAIN EVENT/HEARTLAND TITLE: Kari Ferguson defeated Ninja Kitty © with the Crossface Chickenwing submission to win the MVW Heartland Title.
