MVW House Show- Springfield, IL

MVW House Show
Springfield, IL
Saturday August 1st, 2015

There was no repeat of the pre-show shenanigans concerning parking spaces from the night before. Missouri Valley Wrestling champion Lady Halitosis parked in the champion’s parking place while the Jill Berg Enterprises rental limousine parked with incident several spots down the line.

Of course, it may have helped that MVW co-bookers Corrina Romanov and Kevin G. Briscoe had a ‘stern’ discussion with Jill Berg following Friday night’s show which highlighted the burgeoning battle between JBE and the Green World Order with the MVW champion caught in the middle.

Match results:

Hannah Lancer/Airline Amie defeat Blake Varney/Cheryl Parkman
-the two newcomers continued to impress with a nice victory over Varney and Parkman to kick off the night.

Ninja Kitty defeated Robin the Wonder Girl
-Robin tried to neuter the ultra-quick offense of Ninja Kitty but to no avail. Ninja hit The Pounce and took home the win.

Harley Davisson defeated ‘The Original’ Shanna Barrett
-the biker babe returned to the winning side of the ledger after falling to the MVW Champion the night before.

‘Queen Cool’ Leah Iris defeated Maxie Perry
-Iris returned to singles action and despite having to shake off a little ring rust, looked good against Maxie Perry to pick up the pinfall.

Intermission
Iris stayed in the ring and thanked the fans for sticking with her. She then called on co-bookers Romanov and Briscoe to make the match between her and Lady Halitosis for the MVW Title.

Of course, that brought out former champion Jill Berg and as you might expect, she disagreed with Queen Cool.   Berg’s point was that it wasn’t her fault that Iris couldn’t stay match fit long enough to get her title shot. Berg: “She had her opportunity. She didn’t take advantage of it. She can work her way back up the ladder like I had to.”

Then Romanov and Briscoe joined the discussion. Briscoe half-agreed with Berg concerning her point about ‘match fitness’ and told Iris that she’d have to work herself back up into contention. Briscoe then added this caveat: “Jill Berg vs. Lady Halitosis at MVWA 64 is set in stone. If you can show that you’re back to one hundred percent by August 22nd, you will be added to the match. That’s right. A three way dance for the MVW Title- Lady Halitosis vs. Jill Berg vs. ‘Queen Cool’ Leah Iris at MVWA 64. What do you think about that?”

Iris nodded and agreed. Berg vehemently objected. Lady Halitosis then walked out and she also objected to the set up based on the fact that MVW usually avoided three way matches for titles. Romanov and Briscoe reminded the champion that thanks to Dawn McGill’s influence backstage, she’s been afforded the space needed to help her be the best champion possible. Briscoe: “Now, this is your opportunity to show everyone that you are and will be a worthy champion.”

Not quite the answer Lady Halitosis wanted. But the challenge had been issued to her.   How will she respond?

MVW Tag Team Champions ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin/’Texas Cowgirl’ Haley Dallas defeated Anna Conda/’By the Book’ Tiana Walker- non-title match
-And the war between Walker and Hollywood Starlet Miley Vyrus would continue to impact their matches. On Friday night, Walker attacked Vyrus during her tag match with ‘Trailer Park Queen’ Lani Harlot against Regina McGill and Leah Iris. Last night, Vyrus, along with her Hollywood SuperAgent Brock Ray, exacted revenge on Walker by assaulting her outside the ring while Conda faced the MVW Tag Champions by herself. Martin and Dallas took turns dismantling Conda before the Texas Cowgirl hit the Texas Lariat on Conda to close out the match.

HEARTLAND TITLE MATCH: ‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan © defeated Carrieanne McDermott
-Carrigan, now backed by Jill Berg Enterprises, continued to show her accelerated improvement as she took McDermott’s best shots, shrugged them off, and put the Scot down with not one, but two Canadian Destroyers to retain the house show title.

MAIN EVENT-TELEVISION TITLE MATCH: Kathryn Randall Collins © defeated ‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot with the White Trash Posse (Jaxson/Shayne/Bobby Rickie)
-The TV champion and new leader of the Green World Order picked up a comfortable win over Harlot. Following the match, Jill Berg Enterprises came to ringside and Sheline Carrigan, fresh off another successful Heartland Title defense, attacked KRC at Jill Berg’s direction.

The rest of the Green World Order swarmed the stage and the show ended with another all-out brawl between JBE and the GWO.
